Th employees have little to no customer service and the man there lying to me about my account yesterday was awful. Its always been this way. I suggest another bank. I was denied a small loan here and this been my bank for over 10 years. I actually did shut this account down this year. Wesbanco/ESB is a horrible bank.

I have been a customer of ESB/WesBanco for over 30 years. Recently I was notified by my cell phone company that my autopayment did not go thru due to "insufficient funds". I had plenty of money in my account so I called the bank to question this. I was told that the routing # had changed and all my direct deposits and autopays and my checks were no longer any good. I had no notice from the bank that this was going to happen. I had just ordered checks from the bank about 3 months ago and no one said a thing. I tried to notify everyone I could think of but just found out that this had cost me $62 in late fees on my house payment and cost me my contract with my cell phone company. I never miss a payment and I have excellent credit. Now everyone thinks I have "insufficient funds" and it's a black mark on my record. I believe that customers should have been notified so we had time to fix all our accounts. I am withdrawing all my money (savings, IRA, checking, etc.) from Wesbanco. Just a warning to others out there that this may happen to you. No way to treat customers after 30 plus years.
