“We needed a new dishwasher. Our Bosch was 17 yrs old and we wanted a new Bosch. Martin's carried Bosch and we went to check them out. Our sales associate, James, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us several models and some other brands to compare. No pressure. We chose a Bosch 500. Ordering was easy and delivery was on our schedule.
Delivery day came and the dishwasher arrived on time. Our installer, also a James, was very experienced. He worked with no wasted motion, anticipating each step. He had everything he needed. He answered all our questions happily. He even gave us some tips about the dishwasher and made sure we registered the product.
We strongly recommend Martin's.”
