“Extremely helpful with my son. When they saw he was bleeding they took him right away to get him cleaned him up. We still had to wait our turn once they knew he was ok but they went out of their way to take care of him.”

“My regular PCP, who is Dr. David Heeter, is at this location. I usually get wonderful service from him! He's very personable and kind-hearted, but I can't help but feel rushed. It's disheartening that UPMC schedules doctor's appointments in 15 minute increments. I don't know about anyone else, but that's not nearly enough time to see a patient, especially if the patient is only in once every six months to a year just for a checkup. The past several times I've been asked to do testing in which I feel I don't need sometimes as well which is a shame. I do appreciate that UPMC is also willing to let me see another doctor for any injury or illness if my doctor is out/booked for the day though.”
