Fair prices on storage unit sizes. Have to use their locks so don't bother buying one beforehand. Also 30 days written notice of intent to vacate unit is required to be able to get the deposit back as well as leaving the unit empty and swept clean. Fenced in but there seems to be some issues with the gate, so gate isn't always closed and secured but I haven't had any problems with the unit yet.Cleaned out the spider webs and the spiders, then sprayed it with a spider killing spray to keep them out through the winter. As soon as I swept them out I was ready & able to start moving my stuff into it immediately.Paid for 3 months so far & still haven't gotten it filled up yet but I'm working on it...lol
