I purchased a used snowmobile from them. They were helpful, friendly, and top notch just as if I was in there to buy a $20k sled. They took the time to answer any questions over the phone in detail as I live 3hrs away. The sled had been serviced prior to the sale(in house) and was as close to new condition as anyone could ask for. SUPPORT FAMILY OWNED AND LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!

I have heard mixed reviews about this place but figured I would give it a try, took it there and they promised they could have it back in two weeks or less because they had all the parts in stock, upon getting it back one of the brake pads was not on one of the pins, I questioned them about it and asked if they could fix it quick and they said it would have absolutely no issues, I told them I don’t believe that and asked if they could get it on the pin and they said It’s an easy fix but never did anything about it, upon getting it home I noticed the hub was cracked from the brake pad when it twisted and hit the hub, they told me it came in like that, but I know for a fact it was not broke when I brought it up because I had taken the wheel off a day before bringing it up, maybe just a bad experience for me, but I will not be taking my stuff there again

Quick Read Summary: Decent Sales Department with Competitive Pricing Horrible Service Department Horrible Communication (They don't call and let you know what parts your machine needs) They Crashed my ATV Into My Mule When Loading On Trailer They Ripped 2 Decals Off the Bed Of My Mule when Pressure Washing They Wired the Rear Light Switch on My Mule Wrong. (I fixed it myself!) They Had the Carb on my ATV Adjusted Wrong Causing High Idle and Had to Come Back and Fix. Slow Service (Called for Appointment April 27th, Soonest Appointment was May 26th, Returned Partially Fixed Machines to me on June 23rd, Finished Repairs on July 20th.) Full Story: I bought a 2020 Kawasaki Mule Pro MX LE here. Price was great and purchase went fairly well. Only problems I had was a nut on the roof wasnt tight and came off and the high beam headlights quit working due loose wire coming off. They did come out to my house and replace the nut on the roof and I had them fix the highbeam switch at my appointment a year later. I was happy with them so I called on April 27th to schedule an appointment to service my Polaris Magnum ATV and 1st service for my Kawasaki Mule. I told them to check ATV for oil leak, fuel leak, oil change, and brakes. The Mule needed its 1st oil change, new spark plug due to it not starting, and new rear lights and switch installed. I needed them picked up due to back problems, I can't load the machines. They said couldn't pickup until a month later, May 26th. They sent 2 guys to pickup the machines. They loaded the Mule, then they attempted to load the ATV and gunned the throttle and rammed it into the back of the Mule! I couldn't believe it! I called and told Ken what happened and I wanted the machines checked for damage. He said he would call right back as soon as he checks them out. He never called me back! Later, I emailed him my security video of the accident. Still nothing back from him. I called 2 days later to see what was up and he said he saw my video and he checked the machines and they just had a little scuff. I called on June 4th. They said Mule needed spark plug and ATV needed Oil hoses and Carb parts, and they were waiting on parts. I called back June 10th, and Ken told me they got the oil hoses and carb parts but now the ATV needs a fuel shutoff valve. They ordered the part and said should be done next week. I called June 15th and Dominick told me they got all the parts now and they just need installed. I called June 17th and Ken told me both machines are done and he doesn't know why they didn't get them back to me today. So I called back on June 18th and Eric told me he can't bring the machines back because his delivery guy is off taking care of his wife who had a hip replacement. Eric called me back later that day and told me now he realized they didn't actually get the fuel shutoff valve installed on ATV yet and he would try to get it done and back to me next Monday June 21st. I heard nothing from them so I called on June 23rd and he said he will get the machines back today. They brought them. I rode the ATV around and it was idling to high. The oil leak, fuel leak, and brakes were fixed. The mule was running good but they didn't have the switch wired properly for the rear lights. The switch was not lighting up unless the lights were on. The bottom of the switch is supposed to light up when it's off and the whole switch light up when on. They washed the machines which was nice but they pressure washed some of the decals off the bed of the mule! The stickers cost over $100 to replace and they won't replace. They finally came back on July 20th and tried to fix the light switch on the mule and could only get the top of the switch to light up which was opposite of how it's supposed to be. They picked up the ATV, readjusted the carb and brought it back later. It's idling good now. I figured out they had 2 wires reversed on the Mules light switch so I swapped them and now its working properly. I will definitely not be going back. I do not recommen
