Alterations Plus has never failed to meet my expectations! I have taken many pairs of jeans to be hemmed, prom gowns and now my wedding dress! She always has the best ideas when you have no clue what to do with a certain alteration. My wedding dress turned out beautiful and was perfectly hemmed to show just a little of my cowboy boots and the bustle is beautiful! I will definitely keep returning for any other alterations I need!

Cynthia was a pleasure to work with. Service needed was to hem my dress for our son’s October wedding and I was so grateful to be able to get in as quickly as I did. It was very sweet to hear the gentleman ahead of me at pick up time expressing his appreciation having her expertise in our area and of course I was very happy to second that!

Usually no issues but twice now I have taken tops to be shortened and they come back way to short. This time I took 4 tops and 3 are fine but one that has not been worn is to short. They were all measured the same so I just don't understand. $56 later and a brand new top that can't be worn.

Not even a star Every time I call, the woman is so totally rude and disrespectful. I thought the manager was more helpful but was worst than the other lady.Now you make it worst, we call to pay but y'all don't want to take my payment . No one call me for anything i keep saying worst service ever and now LIARS

Alterations Plus is EXCELLENT. I have always been treated with friendliness, courtesy, competence and respect. The owner is more than fair and generous with her time and talent!! I dropped my coat off for a hem repair. She did it in the spot that day for me!! I’ve been going there for years and will continue. She is the BEST for service and quality. This is what we expect and far too many places do not produce!!

She is the best seamstress! She is kind, honest, trustworthy, professional, and does a thorough job. She is the only one who listens to my alteration concerns and gives her best professional advice to accommodate. I highly, highly recommend her!! I cannot say enough good things about Cindy!

Worst service that I have ever experienced. I dropped a bridesmaid dress off to be altered. The wedding was cancelled so I was in no rush to pick my dress up. My dress that I spent over $200 on was donated and they refused to tell me where it was donated so that I could attempt to get my dress back. Apparently a dress hanging on a shelf was an inconvenience and taking up too much space. I will never refer any here or use their services in the future. To add to this, I never signed anything nor was I informed in writing that I had a time line as to when my dress was to be picked up.
