Will not deal with them again. Bought a camper was told everything was good. Took it camping 2 weeks later fridge didn't work. Want me to pay to fix it. I could see if I had it for awhile but not even got one camping trip out of it and it never worked. People go somewhere else.

Just wanted to express my gratitude and commend Heather Buhl one of your Sales/Part Service Employee’s who has gone above and beyond helping me with my rpod awning and slideout cover. Even though I did not purchase my camper from your company she has always been there with a great warm welcoming and very helpful. Even listening to her help other customers she has the same energetic personality. I feel that Heather is a great aspect to your company and puts her customers first.

My wife and I both enjoyed our visit the Apollo Camping World location. They treated us with great respect and courtesy.Our sales associate Chris Rifendifer is the best. We thought we knew what small towable we wanted. We looked at used / new RV's there at Apollo location, Next Chris searched around the internet at other Camping World locations for us.Even though we did not find anything right away, Chris stayed in touch with us.With the tone set with Chris we wanted to stay with the Apollo office. Staying local is important to us.We found our RV at another Camping World location. Just like that Chris was able to secure it for us!!!Thank you Camping World,but most of all a great "Thank You" to Chris !!!

The experience my wife and I had at Camping World was great. The sales associate Chris Rifendifer was great to work with. Chris took time to explain a lot of things to us, and answered all our questions we had. This was our first experience with Camping World, and the entire staff was easy to work with, and willing to provide all the necessary information we needed to make a decision on our purchase. Charles Cribari was also great to work with. All in all our experience was great. I hope any future visits go the same. Thank you.

Shout out to Chris Rifenderfer! He made this first time buyer feel very comfortable by answering all my questions and concerns. He and the team worked with my budget, and found me the perfect motor home. Chris even made a house call when I had a problem. So far, so good, and I have no reason to believe any problem I may encounter won't be mutually resolved! Thanks!

The team at Camping World in Apollo is top notch. We had an issue with a new Rockwood and the team there listened and got the service team together to ensure that our issue was addressed and addressed quickly. They ensured things were all functioning properly , notified us, and we went and picked up our new camper. From the sales team to the finance team to the service team and even general management, they were all speaking to us and insured all of our concerns were addressed and needs were met. Thank you! They are now our Go-to for RV needs.

We had a great experience trading in our camper and working with Shawn Hoover to find a new one that was bigger. He took his time and answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything about our new Class C Jayco. Everyone we have dealt with from Service and Sales to Financing could not have been more friendly and professional!

Enjoyed looking in the store. Not much interaction with staff. Friendly but acted very busy but not with any customers so I don't really know what they were doing. 3 Campers out front were locked. Don't know if you could go through the ones behind the fence.

Buying our RV was great process. Our salesperson, Amanda, was fantastic. I would give this CW a five star review if only I reviewed the purchasing of the RV.During our first trip, the microwave came out of the cabinet because it was not fasten to any mounting hardware, the TV just stopped working, the water heater would not ignite, and somebody (presumably CW) painted over a rust spot so customers would not see the rust damage (of course it chipped off within weeks). None of these issues could have been reasonably seen during the final inspection. I was told by CW to contact Jayco and have them replace everything that was broken. The service guy went on by telling me my warranty was with Jayco and that CW is only the agent of the warranty. Further, they are tired of haggling over the warranty repair cost with Jayco. Jayco simply said to me that they don't operate like the way CW Apollo described (which is what I already assumed). I called CW again and told them what Jayco said. Then I was told (in a frustrated tone) that I could bring my RV in and they will eventually look at it. However, they are busy so it will be several weeks before an appointment date and several more weeks of the RV staying in their shop. Basically, I inferred from what he was telling me that my first RV trip was going to be the last for the year as a punishment for exercising the warranty. So I bought a new TV (replacing a brand new $400+ Furrion TV/entertainment center), used four sheet metal screws and mounted the microwave to the brackets, and fixed the water heater by purchasing a hex key Allen wrench torx set and made a minor adjustment (it took <30 seconds), and I sanded the rust spot; primed it; and painted it properly. I will write off any future service and my extended warranty from CW as a poor investment. Since then, I already bought a generator, solar panel, three LiFePO4 batteries, inverter, and about $9K of other stuff from another place. This week will be a new mattress and an on-demand water heater. I still have to fix some damage from when the microwave come out of the cabinet and damaged the sink and table. This August, I'm going to buy my daughter's RV from anybody but CW because we need to be certain that our daughter is protected and, more importantly, safe. I am guessing for failing to provided <$700 in repairs will result in CW not receiving $200Kish in sales.I hope that CW makes changes to the service department because there are common themes with respect to these reviews. Notably, the service department having poor reviews and buying being fantastic. It would be a shame that they would not have a continuous improvement plan.

Great experience! Every staff member was very kind and professional. Big shoutout to Chris, who helped us find the camper that was right for us. He wasn't pushy and went above and beyond for us. Made us feel like family!

I went the Camping World to look at some campers. I got there and when I walked in the door they stopped me wanted to know my name. I gave it to them. Then they asked for my driver's license. I said why. They said it is company policy. I refused! They have no business scanning my driver's license! Why should they have that information for me just to walk around and look at campers? To me this is very scary. They have all of my personal information if I would have given it to them. This is something you should never ever do!

Spent over 2 hours between looking at RVs and the financing process. All went well until the end at which point no one had answers, and they had my $500 deposit. I was told they would look into all the banks for the best financing and follow up with me, 2 days later no response. I called in to ask for my deposit back and talked with Matt, the finance manager. He was extremely defensive, and when I told him I was upset that 2 days had gone by and no one contacted me, he told me it's not their policy or how they do things. He said it takes 3-4 days and I'm not their only customer. If it takes 3-4 days, why wouldn't you tell me that when you took my deposit. Matt said it's their policy to tell uou your payment and pickup date, who does that? I was pretty upset at this point, and he kept arguing with me and pretty much telling me I had to high of expectations. Buyer beware, they might have good prices, but customer service is absolutely poor. Camper World trail your employees how to treat customers and let them know what comes next, campers aren't cheap. You lost my business!

I cannot tell you how happy I am with my experience at the Camping World of Pittsburgh. We were in the market for a new mattress and Heather in parts went above and beyond to assist us and get us a great deal! She held it for us because we were quite a ways away and would be passing by in a few days. She greeted us with the same enthusiasm as she had on the phone. She loaded it and was even going to help get it on the camper! You don’t find employees like her often! She gives Camping World a great name!Susanne Britton

I recently bought a used trailer from CW. There were a couple delays in getting replacement parts. The service department went through the trailer and fixed some other items found during their initial once over. Everyone was extremely helpful. I really appreciated John going through all the ins and outs of my trailer and the components.

We needed an air conditioner for our 5th wheel. I called asking if they had any of the brand and model we needed in stock. I was assured the Furrion brand was compatible with my unit. I made sure give the model number and double check that it would work for my 5th wheel because we had to drive an hour and thirty one way to get the unit. When we arrived at the store everyone was nice and my husband double checked that the unit would work for our 5th wheel. Asking specifically if it would mount to our 5th wheel because we didn't have the bolt access inside the camper. It's a different mounting bracket. We drove all the way back to our camper and low and behold it wasn't the correct mounting assembly we needed. So we had to drive ALL the way back to return the unit. Their misguided confidence cost us a lot of time, gas, and headache. I wouldn't have written this review if they had apologized for wasting 6+ of our time.
