I live in Washington Twp. and Mailman Dave is great! When I use the actual post office in Apollo, the service is helpful and friendly.

Why would you even deliver this? You guys destroy a package with a liquid in it (liquid is gone now) because the package was mishandled. You put a pretyped letter saying"Sorry for the damage"and think that's okay? Total shitbags. The package is destoyed along with the contents.

If I could go lower I would don't count on Sunday packages they hold them so u can do there job for them that way they can drive around and get paid for nothing never encountered such laziness

Apollo PA post office is amazing when it comes to customer service. It's also clean and organized. Always. Well lit and feels safe. I have never had an issue going in and they have always helped me with my needs. 5 stars all day every day.

On September 8th 2021 I was making a delivery at the Apollo post office. I am a DDU driver and contractor for Amazon. I had multiple problems with poorly packaged pallets, and the woman working there helped me unload quickly. She could have kept working but she helped me and I am enormously appreciative of her kindness and helpfulness! I don't know your name but thank you so much! You went way above and beyond for me and I am very appreciative.

I am very pleased with this post office. The people inside are courteous and helpful. Our delivery driver, Jeff, is super friendly and efficient. He puts packages on our front porch if they won't fit in the mailbox. The Saturday driver, don't know his name, is also a great guy!

My mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong addresses. When you call this office you get zero help and a bad attitude. I dread when my packages are being handled by them.

My package says delivered and I did not receive it. Try calling for sent to north apollo office and nikki who answered the phone was rude and gave me wrong number to call . The 800 number says I'm on a 2 hour wait time. I see now why I didn't get my package stupid postal worker with no people skills. Giving one star is too generous.
