“Phillipps did a phenomenal job fixing my pickup truck! It looks brand new. I originally got estimates from a couple of auto body shops and Phillips was the most expensive, but also in the same ballpark. I ultimately chose them because they seemed very professional and had availability within a week to take my truck in and that was worth the added cost to me. The least expensive place had a great reputation but had a 3 month wait time. Overall very happy with the timing and their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to others.”

“Absolutely the best customer service experience I’ve had since moving to PA! I noticed that my travel trailer tires looked a little dry rotted the day before a long drive. The gentlemen at Service were able to get me in immediately and put four new tires on my rig. They showed me the back of the tires (fully deteriorated) and showed honest concern that I had been driving on them. In contrast, I went to auto zone in carbondale PA and was completely ignored. If you don't want to be invisible, go to Mussari auto parts. Not a big box store, but old fashioned customer service!”
