Came here with the potential of being a repeat customer, bought my first and last car from this dealership. If the car itself didnt have everything I wanted and so hard to find elsewhere i would have walked out because of the treatment i had received. Had a car to trade and talked negotiation, sales person Mark instantly became very rude and told me my car had to be disposed of, my HARD earned work disposed of like trash. Well that “disposable” car sold in less than a few days on the lot. Also even made fun of me for crying as I said goodbye to my old car. If you want to be treated like a human with respect I do not recommend this dealership.

I have no complaints about the service I received from Eynon GMC. But when I bought my 2023 GMC Sierra. I needed a break controller and Eynon GMC installed the Curt Spectrum Break Controller. I do not feel safe with this break controller and it seems too complicated for me to set. I've had five other trucks that either came from the factory with a elect brake controller or one was installed by a mechanic that I never had trouble setting the electric breaks. Each of them had a number that showed the setting. I emailed Curt thru their web site and never heard back from them. I mentioned to the Eynon GMC service manager three times about my concerns, But no one seems like they have a solution. The first time I mentioned it to service and a mechanic came out and visually looked at the break controller, But afterwards I left with the same unsafe felling. I'm writing this review as proof if I should have an accident towing my travel trailer as a record. I'll never buy another truck without a factory break controller. When I was buying the 2023 GMC Sierra, GMC would not sell me towing mirrors which I felt was a safety hazard. They had them for trucks ordered from the factory. I ended up buying aftermarket towing mirrors. But would have rather factory towing mirrors.
