RiteAid is the cleanest and friendliest drug store I have ever used. CVS and Walgreens doesn’t even compare with RiteAid’s cleanliness, organization and quality of friendly employees. I’m hoping against hope that my RiteAid on rt 6 Eynon highway I Pennsylvania will not be closed. It’s in a perfect location and I hope someone can take it over and keep these great employees. We don’t have many choices of drug stores in my area so this would be a windfall for anyone to keep it going.

I've tried most of the pharmacies in the Scrantion area. Compared to them your pharmacy is outstanding. All the staff are friendly and seam to care about me. Everyone should use this pharmacy.

Everything is so over-priced ( i.e.) mucinex cough medicine 19.99 Target 13. 99 why the 7.00 difference???? Prices are just crazy there

My pharmacy closes and they sent my prescriptions there, the first time I went there, the pharmacy staff was unfriendly. They had to call my insurance company and made me feel like I was an annoyance. Very poor customer service.

Don't like this place at all, they bought out the local convenient small pharmacy I so loved, they tuck the pharmacy about a block way back in the corner..then I'm met by sarcasm, what's the name?? I give it to the girl and then she says the ink didn't even dry on this yet..should I Apologize to you that I'm here 36 hrs after you got the script, sorry I rushed there and inconvenienced your work day..service twice from an ex family pharmacy employee God bless her but this woman was rude and sarcastic

Phoned in prescription in the morning and the system said it would be ready at 11am. Showed up at 1:30pm to pick it up and it wasn't ready. She said the system is broke and it will be a half hour wait. Ridiculous!

Incompetent! Prescription was called in from Doctors office, arrived at store 45 minutes after it was called in and was told it would be ready in an hour, called in 2 hours and was told it would be ready in another hour or so. This was not a difficult prescription it was a pre-packaged antibiotic that literally just needed the patient’s name put into it! I’ll definitely be looking for a more Efficient store!

I went to rite aid pharmacy a week ago because I had a boil on my arm now i am a regular customer for this reason... The pharmacist Technician "Tammy" was and has always been extremely sensitive to her clients health problems, so much that when i had a boil last week on my arm Tammy offered me to try some ointments explaining that the ointment would help relieve the swelling of the boil and deal with the infection... and so i bought it and a week later my boil is gone... "Tammy" makes sure that her clients are taken care of and i couldn't be more pleased with the staff and how they are with they're clients i seriously recommend using the rite aid pharmacy in eynon PA if you have medication or ant prescriptions rite aid is the place to be taken care of and be treated like family.

The pharmacy staff is very rude and ignorant!!! They are no help what so ever, they dont explain your medication to you they just expect you to pay for the prescription without questions.

I was waiting for a pre-authorization from my insurance. I called there everyday because they sure as heck weren't going to call me. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the medication... The pharmacy MANAGER was sooooo rude to me, they told me they would have to order it and it wouldn't come in for an entire week because I should have told them that I was going to get it. I informed her that I had called every day this week. I had even asked them how much it would be and they told me they had no idea, like I was a bother to them. I snapped! And this manager called me a scumbag and told me to never come back! Don't worry! I will not be back if someone payed me!!! These big name chain stores have forgotten why they are in business is the first place, the customers. They don't know your name, they don't try to help you, and they give people the position of manager that call their customers names?!?! I'll go to a family owned pharmacy any day!!!!
