We were using the travel agent, Maria.
She was great. I left without getting her number. When I tried to get back to her I called the number for that location. I got some centralized number. First I had to go through 20 questions and then she said she would transfer me but she didn’t th line just went dead. Like she hung up.

The blond-haired woman with glasses at the front desk was not a pleasure, curt, and unwelcoming —especially as the first-face employee. She also incorrectly entered my service request into the queue which affected the service time to begin working with an agent. The facility was not busy at all, with only a few customers in-store, scattered among at the different departments. The service was incredibly slow. Service attendants were observed strolling through the store and chatting which may have contributed to such slow service. I was incredibly disappointed in the service since this is my closest AAA store.

Awful service based on three experiences. Even with an appointment scheduled in advance, I had to wait 45 minutes while they showed no concern. Without an appointment, the wait is just as long, and they act as if they are doing you a favor by making an exception. Overall, a complete waste of time.

I am not having a great experience so far. It has been 9 days since I visited to start a title transfer process. After 5 days, nothing had been done when I checked in with my lien holder. I asked for AAA to fix the issue and receive a call back to confirm the request was sent, which I never did (the person on the phone said someone would). 9 days later I don't think the process for my title has been started as I still have no confirmation the fax request was even sent. I have been on hold for TWO hours trying to talk to someone (still on hold!), and this is my 2nd attempt in one day.

The older blonde/grey haired lady at the front desk with glasses was incredibly rude. We went in for real ID document verification because it says on the website that it is offered there, upon entering and telling her what we were there for she snapped at us for even asking. It’s not that hard to politely tell somebody that your website is incorrect and she absolutely did NOT have to call us stupid for not knowing it can only be done at the DMV when their website states it can be done in the AAA store. Please either fix your website or train your employees to not be miserable and rude because at the end of the day they ARE customer service employees and customer service employees should be nowhere near this rude when just asked a simple question as it is their ENTIRE job to assist the customer. Please fix your employees attitudes

I came to use the IdentGo finger print service and had an appointment. It was pretty fast and easy, but be warned parking at this location is quite difficult. It seemed like the people there for auto services and AAA services had been waiting for a long time and it didn’t look to me like they had enough agents. I heard some frustrated sighs and comments about how long it was taking.

UPDATE:
I originally gave this AAA 1 star, but it turns out I was wrong. It wasn't AAA's fault, but PENNDOT'S. I received prompt and excellent service after posting my review, and my issue has now been resolved. Both AAA and PENNDOT got it done for me and are mailing me a new license. I am more than satisfied with this resolution, and thus have updated this review to 5 stars to reflect their excellent service. I definitely do recommend them and their services!

I went to get my picture taken for my driver's license. There were 9 people ahead of me! Then I finally get my new license only to find out that they made holes in my new one instead of my old one. Now they expect me to go to a regular DMV to get it reprinted! It's their mistake not mine, why couldn't they reprint it for me! Very disappointed! Would not recommend them at all!

Arrived a few minutes after they opened and was quickly accommodated with DL renewal. Excellent customer service in a local AAA office!
