I came in today to get a new keyboard. I had to wait for an hour because the Mac technician was on break. When I come into the appointment I have to wait another 30 minutes! Why? I speak to the manager to ask why I’m waiting. I become aware that the white male red head technician only working with white people and selecting them in front of me. I also noticed a black technician only working with blacks. Really? I never want to come back to such a disgusting unwelcoming environment.

Frustrating experience every time. Employees are never available (have to wait ~20mins for help). New items rarely in stock.

Got the new phone, but our person just left, didn’t tell us, and we messed up the setup and it all spiraled downhill while people kept trying to get us to buy a case, and the alarms were going off like every second

We went in to buy a new iPhone as my child's iPhone was an 11. The people at the store greeted me quickly and a salesperson came over quickly. We got last year's model and the sale was fairly low pressure. A caveat is that they were strongly encouraging Apple Intelligence. Sorry, but it isn't worth the extra couple hundred bucks for Siri to be a little smarter.
That being said, they had no clue on how to even begin to migrate a phone using the Google Fi cell phone service provider. It was clear that their tech support there were well trained in the basic setup of most providers with little to none of the systems behind them. In our case to activate the phone, we needed to sign into Apple ID, but there was a multi factor authentication check that only worked with the very phone we were trying to sign into. Since we don't have another iDevice, we were in a chicken vs. egg situation: can't activate the phone without being able to sun in, but can't sign in without a phone.
I independently managed a hack to have it temporarily work and was eventually able to sign everything in, but the Apple Store employees had little to offer on that front.
Overall, the store is fine for basic needs with the larger cell phone service providers. And if you have and use other Apple devices, you will likely have less issues if any. But if you aren't completely invested in the Apple ecosystem and aren't planning to be, be prepared for headaches and a lot of, "If you just use Apple for everything, it's easy."

10/10 stars if I could for Garry. His customer service was excellent and his resolution skills were just as extraordinary. Will come to Ardmore over KOP.

Picked up a new iPhone 16 Pro with my mom yesterday...start to finish the whole experience was smooth. Excited my phone was set up just as I liked it- phone number activated with my carrier and everything. Shout out to those who helped make it happen yesterday- Carissa was friendly and helpful with explaining the different models' details & features, and Bernadette made it a breeze to set up and put on a screen protector for me. Thanks so much again!!!

I just dislike Apple and truly believe they engage in deceitful practices. Their products aren’t very reliable, or user friendly, and seem to break and become obsolete after a few years, and you’re forced to repeat the Apple cycle. I wish I NEVER fell for the Apple bug. To date, I have lost thousands of content because of their products. Visiting a Genius Bar is more salt in your wounds because they make you sign a disclaimer, and then tell you they no longer assist with repairs to an older model, and “encourage” the purchase of more of their unreliable mess. So, they’re car salesmen now (no offense to car salesmen)? I just loathe them, and it doesn’t matter what store you go to. It’s all the same disappointing experience

The employees here are GREAT!! They fixed my problem easily, and also had awesome personalities ? they made my fiance and I laugh, and also got to show off my mother's day gift to one employee, which is very special to me. She was very kind and I felt like I knew her all my life I felt very comfortable talking to her. ☺️ ya'll need to give everyone a raise over there!!

This store is always understaffed or behind schedule. Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour to buy 1 item. The service is at its most unsatisfactory state. Not even appointments work well.

I absolutely hate this please. It's just so many people and it's hard to get help. I'm turning in my iPhone. If there's an issue with the iPhone it's too difficult to get help.

We online ordered new iPad, Magic Keyboard, and pencil. I was notified that items were available via text message; no indication as to which items or all items? We visited the store and waited for assistance. When we were assisted, the rep retrieved items quickly, however never communicated to us which items were available and which were not. He hastily said, “you’re all set” and left. We noticed there was no iPad in the bag. No conversation about it not being available today. No conversation about having to return for the iPad. Just, “you’re all set” and gone. We waited to make sure it wasn’t assumed we received the iPad when we did not. Seems like purchasing, making payment in full online, and picking up at the store is an inconvenience for them. I also was seriously considering buying a new iPhone at this time but was never asked if I wanted anything else or “can I help you with anything else today.” Everyone is too busy. Unfortunately at this store, you have to chase them down for assistance; it’s the Home Depot of Apple Stores.
