If I could leave a 0 I would. I've never seen such a disorganized dealership. I traveled all the way from Baltimore MD. To get a Suv I had seen on the website I talked to two different sales reps over the phone all week. They were adamant they had the Suv I was looking for. So I traveled almost three hours north to only find out. Once I get there they don't have the Suv I wanted. They never communicated to each other or me. I wasted my whole day on gas and money on tolls to get up there. I sat in the dealership for about a hour. Only to have them tell me they don't have the vehicle. I was so upset they never offered me gas money or toll money to get back. And the sales rep didn't even have any cards to hand out. This place is a complete joke of a dealership I would never come back ever.

Called on Thursday to have my passenger mirror replaced. Rebecca told me to head over, Frank provided an estimate; received call on Monday mirror was ready. Replaced on Tuesday while I waited. Frank, Rebecca and team were great. Fast, friendly and professional service. Armen Chevrolet is the best. Thank you to both sales and collision teams for making me feel like family and providing top notch service.

Frank is Rude....Poor customer service and inspect your vehicle before leaving also watch out they always sneak and call your insurance company stating this or that is broke lies just to get more money. Todd is the Best Ever he's very Polite and understanding. I like some of Armens staff but Honestly that place Sucks including the Dealership.
