From the beginning of the process to the end, Ben was an outstanding agent. Personable, highly knowledgeable, and patient, given our lack of knowledge of the area, Ben helped us find the right town and the right home and made the process as easy as humanly possible. Ben did a great job of helping us locate the perfect family to rent our home. He provided advice on staging and set up a photo shoot that made our house look stunning! We provided our criteria for the ideal renters and Ben took care of all the showings, credit checks, identification of the top candidates and helped us with the rental agreement negotiations. We were very pleased and would use him again!

Ben is simply incredible and you will know it within minutes of meeting him in person! His attention to detail, ability to see the beauty and individuality of a home, then bring it to market with precision and enthusiasm is amazing. He is genuinely warm, kind, always helpful, yet extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable and works tirelessly to ensure every detail is tended to. He personally went through the contract, disclosure documents, and marketing strategies with us, then he and his team returned to perform staging, flattering professional photography, numerous videos, marketing materials, and three consecutive, very fun open houses which made each visitor feel like they were greeted at the event by a friend. This all created a flurry of excitement and seven offers in short order. Ben didn’t stop there though, knowing we needed lots of packing completed quickly, he recruited a mutual friend to get all items on one floor to ease our burden, then plowed right through any potential obstacles than could have delayed the proposed 28 days to the settlement table. Ben and his team are excellent communicators, we spoke daily any concerns were always well addressed, and he quickly felt like family and a trusted friend who did so much more than sell our home. Although this may have been one of the most stressful times of our lives, with Ben and team at our side, we managed to find moments to smile, appreciate the journey and have fun too!

We recently went apartment shopping with Ben in Philadelphia. We spent nearly a week with him searching for just the right space for our new home. Ben was great! Fun, knowledgeable, and organized. Ben is the best! Though I have only known him a short time I believe he gives 100% to his clients. I found him at the end of my very long search for a place to call my own. Ben was so effective as a realtor and so reassuring when I had doubts. He not only showed me a beautiful home, he guided me through the complicated mortgage process. He introduced me to a broker who offered grants that made home buying affordable on my income. Through it all Ben was positive and upbeat. So greatful to have chosen him as my realtor.
