People tell me I’m the prettiest girl they have ever seen. I have natural beauty marks and don’t even need makeup. I went to get my makeup done a while ago for a wedding to treat myself, and it was the worst experience. I was waiting for a while as i said, and there was a blonde lady working there with 1000 pounds of makeup on that could’ve done my makeup but let me wait for the bad lady. The blonde lady was also a jealous and bad person. Anyways, The lady was late to start my makeup because she was at starbucks instead of being there. Her name is Mitch. She has curly orange-ish brown hair and is alittle older and she is a jealous, horrible person. I acted like i knew nothing about makeup to see how they would treat me and Mitch Did my make up so horribly and was shaking the whole time she did my eyeliner. The eyeliner was all messed up and she could’ve poked my eye. She could poke somebody’s eye out, and they could sue the whole place. Horrible place with women who are jealous of a young beautiful vibrant woman who just wanted to get wedding makeup done. I have the proof pictures. I was crying. I went to the bathroom and came out crying.

One of the sales ladies came up to me and tells me she “doesn’t wear make up these days”, she just goes for a good skin care, namedropped a brand, but she looks like Tammy Baker the amount of make up she was wearing. Pretty scary and confusing.

I had the most incredible experience at Bluemercury with Geovanny. He is genuine, knowledgeable about EVERY product, and most importantly he makes me feel absolutely beautiful every time I visit. I’ve returned many times just to see him. He is the light of the store, and he truly deserves all the recognition in the world.

Not one staff greeted me although staff was standing around talking. I went to the perfume display and then over to the lake and sky perfume display. Again no one assisted me. I noticed that when another potential customer came in looking for makeup, a staff member immediately asked if they could help her. I did sense a class discrimination vibe going on. Many years ago I was introduced to Trish McEvoys snowdrops and crystal flowers perfume by the then helpful courteous staff. I purchased it. I associate the wonderful freshness of this perfume with the staff at the time. The store carries a small venue of other perfumes and not the Trish perfumes. Something else is no longer in the store - common courtesy and decency. Byebye Blue Mercury.
