The Mexican management and nail tech injured my nail by using the wrong drill speed and buffer piece. There was no apology but an attitude. I left that nail salon and went to another. I was not going to spend my money at a facility with disrespectful Mexican girls that are probably illegals.
Cleanliness: The place was dirty and unsanitary.

Came here on a Friday a couple hours before closing time for dip removal and gel manicure. My technician did a fantastic job, my nails are in horrible shape (I filed them too thin myself) and she was so kind and gentle. Took about hour start to finish, all tools were sanitized, and cost was $45 including dip removal but not tip) I don’t go to the salon very often but I would come back here.

I loved my experience here. My artist was amazing and so kind. The vibe of the place was very relaxing and quick. I loved how my nails turned out and was very pleased with the entire experience.

I have been going to the Bala Cynwyd location for years but I live in Ardmore. This was the worst gel manicure I've ever had. It barely lasted 2 weeks and I ended up peeling up all the polish. Also I had 2 different technicians cut me in 2 different places. I won't go back.

Nails turned out fine but the experience was not worth the price. This was my second time going and it’s much more expensive than my regular salon but with half the service. The pedicure was so rushed and one employee in particular was rude to me. It was not relaxing at all.

I'm sorry but I went here three times because I thought it is one of the cheaper options, but every time I go I come out bleeding or burnt. What kind of specialist wraps fingers in alcohol and aluminum foil to wrap around HOT TOWEL? all my fingers got burnt. Also they change the price depending on the day? I will never visit again..

This place used to be sooo nice but now it feels like it's going down. The girls that did my nails weren't as professional. I dont think im coming back.

The negative reviews are consistent and true; extremely overpriced mani pedi for a very poorly and rushed job. Tech don't really listen to what service you're hoping to get (this is because everything is very, very rushed), they were extremely rough on my hands. There wasn't a single thing that was pleasant about the experience.Services: Nail art

Surprised at the reviews! I am part of a program called Best Buddies and my buddy and I went here for her birthday! We had a really lovely time and both got manicures and they were very accommodating to us as a pair which I love to see!! Not to mention the place was clean, the prices seemed average, and my nails look great still! Got regular polish on Monday and it's Friday and still on and flawless! Highly recommend!

This used to be a great place. I started going here when it was originally opened by Coco years ago. Slowly has gone down hill- expensive and the operators act like they are doing you a favor. Will not be going back.Service: Pedicures

They do your nails good but twice my service was stopped to attend to another customer. I'm not saying that white people are being catered to but twice it happened. I pay and tip just like everyone else and my service shouldn't be stopped because someone else entered the establishment.
