The store manager is outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable, with a heart of gold and positive customer service that gives the place a soul. Many customers recommend this location, noting their positive experiences. However, some long-time stylists feel the company cares more about draining money from them than caring about stylists, citing constant price increases. The manager's actions, such as hand-delivering a corrected order, make visits bearable and better.
