All i can say is WOW being a owner of a pharmacy I have never had such a lack of customer service when trying to help a patient. CVS needs to be shut down nation wide. BEEN ON HOLD NOW FOR OVER 30 MINS!!! DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

I have not had as positive of an experience at any other CVS, Walgreens, etc. Retail is tough but Janel is always so kind and helpful. She is always stocking or cleaning when I go in and has always been extremely kind. 5/5 if Janel is there!

Every employees in the pharmacy is apathetic and appears to hate their job, including the pharmacists.I dread going in here to pick up a perscription.

I had an amazing experience at this pharmacy. My insurance didn’t cover certain meds out-of-state here, and the pharmacy staff went out of their way to find me a huge discount so I could actually afford my prescription. Super helpful, kind, and quick. Huge thanks to the team!

If I could rate this location a negative number rating I would. I was disrespected by one of their so called managers and told that my mother and I were being thrown out of the CVS and were also trespassing. I had my baby with me and felt threatened in the manner he approached me. I was petrified for my life. I called the police and have an incident report for this treatment and will be contacting the company further

I visit this CVS weekly and the staff is always very helpful. They greet me when I walk in and if I can’t find something they are always willing to help. The store is always stocked up oppose to other locations. This location will always be my favorite.

If I could give no stars I would . Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Rude Pharmacist, very unorganized, horrible communication and lack of respect for your time. I definitely will be reaching out to corporate. I won’t be getting another prescription filled here.

I had a very positive experience. It was an urgent situation had to transfer a script from another CVS (bell tavern downingtown). And it was smooth and quick transaction.
Pharmacy staff (only staff I had a transaction with) were pleasant helpful and efficient in a somewhat urgent situation.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. They have on several occasions done a ton of work to get my insurance to cover meds so I can afford them. They order things that they don't usually carry and get them quickly. The techs have always helped which I am grateful for. I'm not sure why there's so much anger in these reviews, but my experiences have always been good.

This is essentially a third world pharmacy. My Doctor sent my prescription to them electronically early in the day and eight hours later they still did not have it ready. Worse it was a patent medicine so all they had to do was move pills from one bottle to anorher. Worse yet, It was to alieviate pain and the workers could not care less.
Don't bother waiting in line here 30 minutes only to be told that they do not have the medicine that you need in a manner like it somehow is your fault. Avoid it, you can do better.
