Nick had his tech Easton come out the next morning and he corrected the wiring of our system, and the A/C works great now!, no expensive part needed! So nice to have honest, competent contractors to rely on. We will be canceling our service contract with Reliant. Thank you Nick!

Nick was very responsive, he understood the urgency, sent a tech within few hours and was able fix my rental house air conditioner issue by cleaning up condenser & saved hundreds of dollars for me whereas other company gave estimate to replace condenser unit.

This company did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts in my house. Even included new floor registers in the cost. They were respectful and even laid a carpet down on my hardwood where the vacuum hose was. I saw them wipe their feet a couple times when they came in from the mud outside. I went about my business and it was not a bothersome process at all. I'm very pleased with their service!

We are so glad we choose Air Duct Cleaning Services to fix our heating system. They figured out the issue right away, and had it working in no time with our airduct. They even had to add an additional component after they completed the work and were extremely kind through the entire process. Their prices were reasonable and everything works perfectly. My husband and I bought an older home and could tell the air ducts were pretty dirty just based on what we could see looking into the grates. this team had a price similar (or slightly lower during the off-season special) to other companies, and an easy online scheduling system. They arrived early after calling to confirm ahead of time that an early start worked with my schedule. They spent a solid 4 hours cleaning because as suspected the ducts had a lot of debris to be removed.Some of our grates were painted over several times so couldn't be removed, but they proposed a solution of cutting into the vents in the unfinished basement and sealing up the openings when they were done in order to fully clean out all the ducts. The sealed openings look good and I'm glad they were able to access all parts of the ducts. In 5 years when we have the ducts cleaned again this team will be able to more easily access the openings they already created.Highly recommend.

We have had Them out about 3 times to fix some issues with our thermostat and to service our entire air system. I am incredibly impressed with their professionalism and kindness. They have always tried to save us money where possible, keep us completely informed of the work they are doing, and complete tasks quickly and efficiently. Their scheduling team and process is excellent, we've never had an issue with communication with them. Audrey and Tom are techs that we have worked with directly and they are both so great and I'm very comfortable having them both in our home. I'm recommending this company to all friends/families/neighbors!

They arrived on the date promised. This was probably more difficult than most jobs they do since it was inside the wall, but it was still completed in the same day along with a second job, installing a new chimney duct for our chimney heater. We were very pleased with how well they kept the dust down. This is very dirty work, don't be deceived, but they tried to keep it down as much as possible.They helped with moving some furniture, laid down drop cloths, put up plastic to seal off the living room where they were working and cleaned up afterwards.Best price we found for doing this job. I can't speak to whether his prices are the lowest, but he doesn't charge. Good job, good price, good, hard-working crew. He made sure the job was done to our satisfaction when they completed.
