Went there and bought a pair of sneakers. After the second day, the back of one of the shoes collaposed and would not go back in place. I returned the shoes for another pair. After the second day the same thing happened with the second pair. When my wife returned them, the owner simply gave her the money back with no conversation - no apology, no try to help get an alternate pair that would be useable.

Best sneaker store I have ever been to. John and Steven were great, incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. My son and I had a wonderful experience. Wish I had found out about them years ago. Will only be buying sneakers here going forward.

I think the only reason why I haven't updated my review in 9 years is because it's still the very best place to buy quality sneakers. They know shoes, so listen to their recommendations. I've been a Saucony Omni girl since Steve first recommended a pair - they're the best shoe for my feet. $2 surcharge for credit/debit, that's fine with me, the prices are so good it doesn't matter. John's Sneaks is still the very best. Go. You won't regret it.

Since the last 1980’s , we’ve been using John’s Sneaks to get shoes for our 4 children. Whether it’s day to day or some specific sport, John’s has come through for us and done so at ridiculously low prices. In addition, the folks at John’s make it their business to know what you need the shoes for so that they can recommend the best shoes for you. Now, we recently introduced our grandchildren to John’s so they can compete in their sports as well.

Went to John's today (09/02/2022) for running shoes. The place was packed. It was busier there today then I have ever seen it. We have been going there for running shoes for about 5-6 years now. They have a good selection of Brooks and I just get them to run in and destroy. Then rinse and replete. The shoes are reasonably priced. Could you get them cheaper online... maybe? But I would rather my hard earned money go to this local business. The guy was super friendly and attentive despite being the only guy in the store, being the sales guy and the register worker. I was glad to see it was busy and didn't mind waiting while he happily helped other customers. I am glad to see he is doing well and it's fun to go to a local business like this in a world of big box stores. Will definitely be back soon.
