This was my first time at the LuLu store in Ardmore and I will never be shopping here again. I was picking up an order for my granddaughter. I (an African American woman) was in line behind an African American woman and the cashier, Arizona was assisting a customer. A Caucasian woman came in from outside, didn’t get in line, and waited behind the customer being helped. Once the Arizona was done she asked who was next and lady in front of me said she was and Arizona begun to help the C woman. I said excuse me she was not next in line this lady was not was she in line. Arizona then stated I’m just going to help her real quick. I was livid. So the manager Nick came to the register and helped the lady in front of me. It seemed as if this is normal for this place. Help the whites first then the blacks. I didn’t get anything I picked up and only picked up the order for my granddaughter because I’d need to talk her about shopping there going forward. I must say things never happened to me before so bluntly. No one, not even the manager apologized or seems to care at all! I did return my granddaughter order after talking to her and went to Alo. I’ve never had this experience there. Lululemon Ardmore is a NO for me!

extremely terrible location, my friend was racially profiled because she was black and she wanted to return items and she didn’t help her at all and looked at her like she was crazy , MOLLY was rude and very disrespectful

As I was walking in the store I felt like I was being followed. I wanted to make sure that I was correct on if I was being followed on not. I told my mother who I was in the store with that was there ahead of me and she felt the same way. The guy came over to me at first standing there looking at me and brought the security guard to my section of the store then when I kindly entered the men section he came over to where my mother was and acted like he was looking at clothes but was looking at my mother and I the whole entire time .

The Lululemon store in Suburban Square, Ardmore, is a great spot for high-quality athletic and athleisure wear. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse their selection of leggings, sports bras, tops, and accessories. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with sizing or product recommendations.
Parking in Suburban Square is relatively easy, with both street parking and a nearby garage. If you’re looking for stylish and durable activewear, this Lululemon location is definitely worth a visit!

Lululemon makes nice quality activewear, but they are very pricey. The staff at the Ardmore location are very helpful.

the store is clean and organize but when you call they don’t answer at all i drove 1 hour to go to there store for a backpack and when i got there they said they didn’t have none they need to start answering the phone, they’re not even busy

I placed an on line order to pick up at this location and the next day I received a text that the order was cancelled. I tried placing the order for a different item and the same thing happened. When calling the store several times to find out what was going on, there was no answer. I had to, therefore, go into the store today to inquire about the orders and was told that the items were either stolen or the on line system wasn't up to date. When I asked why no store clerks answered the phone, the manager told me that they have voicemail to leave messages. Who leaves a message when you're just trying to ask a quick question? I had to drive all the way to the King of Prussia store to grab the item I wanted. Never will I return to the Ardmore location again.

I witness a group of women being unruly and returning items with no receipt and strong odor. Store policy mandates they are not to be accepted and this group of unruly women started yelling and screaming profanities and accusing employees of being racist - which was a total lie. These poor employees should not have to deal with this type of criminals. I called 911 for them and hope the police were able to help the employees. They are simply not paid enough to deal with these nonsense. Lululemon should hire securities for certain stores. The crimes in surburban Philadelphia stores are out of control. I ordered the merchandise online for pick up thinking I could avoid being in the midst of a robbery but it was happening in front of my eyes. Those were most likely stolen goods to be returned. 7pm at Suburban Square!! I would be ordering online and shipping to home from now on. It was terrifying. I feel for the employees.
