I have been a customer for serval years, and always request the same person. I also make my appointments a week in advance so there shouldn't be an issue. 4 out of the last 5 times my appointment is not how I request it. Time to move on.

So Beautiful, my first time at princess nail spa and I definitely will be returning. There are quite a few nail shops in this area. Glad I chose this one. The lady was very friendly and attentive. 10/10🤩🤩
