Stephanie has done a simply fabulous job for us selling our house. We worked with her in advance to get ready and identify things to do in preparation for selling. We also worked with her guidance to establish a plan for listing and marketing the house that worked extremely well in the current market. Finally, Stephanie oversaw and managed the process for us to refresh certain things in the house while we were remote, and we didn't have to be there in person. That was a huge help for us. This is the second house Stephanie has sold for us, the first being one of our parents' houses, and we highly, highly recommend her. She's a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and understands the market and how to sell (or buy) in it. Five stars at least!

Stephanie is downright incredible — I was referred to her by a friend, and she did a brilliant job getting me into a house in what felt like record time. Stephanie makes you feel like you are the #1 singular priority throughout the process; she was so quick to respond to all of my questions, was always accessible, and moved super fast when we needed to. I moved to the area in late summer and was looking to get into a home as quickly as possible - after a week of research, Stephanie took me out to see a few homes and we made an offer that was accepted within a matter of days! Honestly it felt like a dream - I never imagined the process could move so quickly and with so little friction.
