I got a chicken sandwich. All the spice was in one place. It was a bigger gift of red than Krasnodar, and its name literally means gift of red! Still 5 stars.

You should never feed this hamburger to children. The first hamburger I ordered was not cooked, so I requested it again and received it. The second hamburger patty I received came out raw. I'll never come here with my children again

I am a shake shack fan so can't go wrong with their burgers . No two opinions about it . The location is ideal to bring the kids as they can run around at the suburban square park after having a meal . Customer service is decent as well . Now that they have the ordering on a self order kiosk probably things have improved compared to the other reviews I have seen here.

At Shake Shack Ardmore, I recently tried their classic Shack Burger and was delighted to find that it was just as delicious and satisfying as I remembered from other locations. However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional attitude of the front staff lady who took my order (April 25th 2023 5pm Tuesday). She didn't acknowledge me (like I wasn't there) or offer a friendly smile and instead seemed to be staring rudely at customers, instead I said hello to her first and smiled at her first. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any restaurant (or customer service) setting and definitely detracted from the overall dining experience.Despite this setback, I did appreciate the restaurant's modern ambiance, which was a refreshing change from other fast-food chains. The kitchen staff was the real heroes, and my food was delivered in a timely manner. One aspect that could be improved upon is the ordering process, and I'm glad to see that Shake Shack is implementing kiosks to address this issue. This should minimize interactions with (rude) front staff, which can be helpful for customers who prefer to avoid any potential issues. Overall, while the food was great, Shake Shack Ardmore needs to address (or overhaul) the issue of unprofessional front staff behavior to ensure a more positive and enjoyable dining experience. I hope management takes steps to provide training and improve this aspect of their operation.

Retrain the entire staff. Wait on a Friday night for a single shack burger was over 1/2 hour. Staff could care less, moving at the pace of turtles, no urgency whatsoever, no sign of anyone in charge. Their attitude is always that they are doing you a favor. I cannot support this location.

So I have patronized this location a few times over the last few months. As far as my orders went, They were fine. Everything was in order and tasted fine. Customer service is lackluster here. It almost looks painful when the workers ring you up. The biggest issue I'm having at this location is over all sanitation. The doors are always smudged and filthy. The floors and tables always have food remnants. I do not claim to be an expert here but I worked in the restaurant industry for many years including fast food once upon a time. You have a large workforce here typically. It would help if Management would assign a dedicated worker on clean up duties throughout the shift. This would absolutely insure a consistently clean environment. If management already does, you have a problem here. In the end, If I'm paying a premium price for " fast food" the environment should be clean.

I can agree with all the other reviews... this is definitely not the best shake shack. I never leave satisfied. I've also been observing the staff at this location. Is there a specific type of person hired here? Def not a diverse staff. I have numerous burgers messed up. The cheese on my fries is never hot. And the chicken nuggets I just ordered were suspicious! This is Ardmore, get it together!!

This shack has never gotten one of my orders right. I will never come back to this location. Usually it's just the cheese sauce for my fries that's missing or the burger not actually cooked right etc but today a whole entree was missing from the order. This place needs an overhaul and a restaff

IOrdered on the Shake Shack app. Super easy and you can pick your pick up time. Order was on the shelf right on time and included ketchup.I'm usually ordering a burger but thought I'd try the The chicken breast "Chicken Sandwich "- so crispy and moist not greasy. Nice thick chicken breast sandwich with pickles . Fries are generic but go so well with the meal. I'll def order this again! If I can spare the calories next time I'll pair it with a Strawberry shake!

I will miss Parlor Suburban Square and more importantly the wonderful people who worked there. Melissa Z, the GM, is phenomenal and more importantly a good person. I also will miss Chef Rich, Pat and Greg. I will follow each of them wherever they each end up.

Another wonderful dinner at Parlor Suburban Square! This time I tried the spaghetti with shrimp (I actually switched out the spaghetti for Campanelle) and it was DELICIOUS!! All the pasta is home made along with the bread and pizza dough. They continue to add to their menu. The new salmon entree looked very good! Special thanks to Melissa and Chef Rich for always making the night special.

Just back – again – from Happy Hour / Dinner and it was better than ever. The ambience is open, modern, and not loud or cramped – whether you choose the bar, bar booths, open tables in the dining room or banquettes. It is fun to see the Operational Pizza oven at the back of the restaurant, but don't be misled – there are many other food options. Their Happy Hour is extremely good – great inexpensive wines, tasty wings, sliders, Brussel sprouts, and a new offering – very lightly tempura battered cauliflower (delicious)! The pita bread is excellent – warm and fresh from the oven. They also feature salads (try their Cici salad), as well as burgers, pasta etc. – all served in a prompt but unhurried manor. The pizzas are very good – and they will accommodate your requests. (We like our pizza fairly crisp with a thin crust). A special jewel is Melissa, the manager. She is extremely personable and sets the tone to insure that all customers have a truly superior dining experience. Kudos to Melissa!! There is a diversity of people dining, depending on the time of day. Business people, chic professionals meeting after work, families dining early with their young, sports lovers watching the bar TVs, and trendy couples just enjoying a great meal together. Now that the weather is warmer, we can't wait until the outside patio opens!! There is also a Sunday Brunch.

Seated promptly for early Saturday night. Food & portion size was large. Wife & I shared salad & had enough to take home. I had a large serving of mussels in a tasty tomato broth. My wife had a burger which she said was very good.
