Very bad experience. At an inspection I was told that my car needed a new drive shaft and U bolt for 1800 work! After driving it and taking it elsewhere it turned out there was nothing wrong with the shaft or the U bolt but that the emergency brake cable did need a minor adjustment. Several years ago they over torqued oil pan bolt resulting in an expensive repair and replacement of the oil pan . The did give me a credit for half the expense.

I took my car in for inspection, and they said it would take a few hours. When I returned to pick it up, they claimed it had issues like exhaust problems and worn-out tires. However, the car was perfectly fine when I dropped it off, with new tires I installed just four months ago. Now they're charging $2000 for repairs, but I only went in for a state inspection. Be cautious with these guys; I regret not checking things out before leaving my car with them.

I hit a pothole on Haverford Road this afternoon and limped into Heilman Auto Service with a flat tire. Tom was very friendly and helpful. He had my spare tire put on for me and ordered the tire I need. He is going to call me as soon as the new tire arrives. I’m relieved to have been able to make it to Heilman after that pothole. This made a difficult situation much more bearable.

Just moved back to the area after nine years in AZ. Needed inspection to finish the tag process. They got me in same day, actually within the hour. I will definitely take the Jeep back there going forward.

My wife and I have been taking our cars here for years . They are VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS . Recently my wife's engine light came on . We took it to them 3 separate times for days each time and each time were charged for separate things wrong but they never solved the problem . After 3 tries and hundreds of dollars , we are now told it will take another $2000 to fix it . I am done with these guys . Courtesy is nice but competence and honesty is more important .

waste time to go there, actually waste time for both parties, me and the repair shop: 1- let them to examine the warning lights, after examination, engine warning light poped up(suspect what they did on my car) 2- no efficiency to proceed their job at all, waiting for almost 1 hour and they cannot solve any problem and only they can do is to quote an extremely high price and try to hook you up. 3- they claim they offer affordable prices shown on the commercials, actually not, their diagonose would cost you $145 while other shop only $55/45.00 and they left your car one more warning light of engine there. So frustrated!!!!! Waste their own time and my time!! How can they survive in their business??? I doubt that.

I have had cars serviced here for quite a while. I have always received prompt service. Today, I needed replacement emissions stickers due to a windshield replacement. They completed this quickly and charged me less than other places I called.There are plenty of shops within walking distance (Wawa, Dunkin, CVS, Chipotle, Talbots...to name a few) if you choose to wait while repairs are made.

They ripped me off yesterday for my inspection. They charged me 185 dollars for labor even though they made me wait over an hour for a part they didn't have and the guy "working" on my car was on the phone at the front desk most of the time while I was there. They TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN HERE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Go to a legitimate place like Midas or Firestone for repairs. All I needed was air filters and break fluid by the way.

Really frustrating experience with annual inspection. Quoted extremely high prices for work that questionably needed to be done. Got short with my husband when he said he'd do the work himself.

Nice guys working here, but $65 for a standard oil change.... probably ton of other better places to go where they won't scam you
