This post office is large and they offer passport services. I did not use it this time, but I do remember (when I did use it) that it was pretty chaotic.NOTE PASSPORT HOURS SIGN:Mon-Fri 1 am - x pmSaturday 10 am - x PMWhat is that? lol. See my photo. As far as the window, I only go in during "off times" and the wait us never really an issue. They have tables to be able to close your packages and prepare your documents. They sell cards and have plenty of supplies. There is limited free parking in front, but the side street next to it has lots of meters. Only an issue if there is an event at the church. I send a lot of letters internationally and I like to put different stamps on the envelopes. They don't always have the best selection. I sometimes order stamps on line.

Just when you think one post office branch rates “0” stars, Ardmore post office is in the NEGATIVE integer range! I came for my son to apply for his 3rd passport at age 14, these team members rejected my son’s birth certificate because my wife’s name was misspelled by one letter, this is the same USPS that processed his application, not once, but twice! They are not only unprofessional but thin skinned. Customer service? Ha! That’s an after thought here! Another reason the entire USPS is top heavy with administrators and managers who are far removed from the customer’s standpoint! Customer service and satisfaction doesn’t live at Ardmore Post Office!

Horrible experience. Avoid going here at all costs. They lied to me about the passport services which cost me an extra $30 and several hours. The lady was rude, ignorant and couldn't give me a straight answer about the process. It was almost like she had no training other than to dismiss customers.

Zero stars should be an option! Post master has the nastiest attitude, super unprofessional demeanor with his own staff, was heard shouting and cursing at someone who was there trying to help. There will be an EEO complaint filed!

Made a passport appointment weeks in advance. Pulled my daughter out of school and coordinated with my work schedule and my husband’s work schedule only to show up and be told that the passport office was closed. No e-mail, no notification. Unprofessional and disappointing post office location.

Made an appointment weeks ago for my son new passport application and took time off from work for it. Luckily my son have early dismissal from school. When I came to my appointment and saw a sign on the door said the passport office is closed. No notification to let me the office is closed due to whatever reason maybe. Please be c0urteous to notify of your cancelation if this happen next time for the next people. Thank you.

This morning I received a lovely verbally aggressive and rude call from one the postal employees regarding my missing mail. Very nasty rude attitude. Talked over me as if I asked her to call my personal phone. Said it was nothing she could do in her salary range for me. And to contact the congressman and senator before hanging up. She was so rude. However I did send some lovely emails to our senator. Congress and general investigations for postal regarding our lovely chat. Hopefully one of them corrects her behaviour. Horrible representation for any company especially the us postal service.

Is there such a thing as no stars? I get it...COVID...but come on. This "business" has been poorly run for years. The attitude of the clerks are rude, unprofessional & dull. Retail establishments lock the door at time of closing & serve the remaining customers in line. They don't say to the customers who've been waiting in line that "sorry, I'm done". To make things even worse, the "manager" has probably never taken any type of leadership or customer service training. Poor thing! This is what our community gets! If the employees at Ardmore USPS hate their jobs so much that they're rude from the beginning of the transaction to the end, find another job. Everyone knows that life's too short to be miserable. Meanwhile, I go to any of the other postal locations. Ardmore USPS sucks.

I agree with a previous review were saying this is a high-quality post office. I’ve always found everything that I need inside the front doors and when I’ve had to interact with staff they have always been professional and pleasant. There’s parking for about six cars on the street
