After hours - and hours - on the phone and on-line with Verizon sale support, my issues were resolved with the help of Kurt, Rashid, & Daron. Verizon online/phone sales were a mess. They made many mistakes trying to get my account set up. I should have gone into the store from the start.

Aaron Eisenstat helped me find a good Verizon plan for me. Very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend him if you are interested in finding a verizon product that matches what you are looking for. He offered his cell number in case I needed to ask for his help. He facilitated contact between me and Verizon wired services so they could add discounts for being a customer of both Verizon Fios at home and Verizon wireless for cellular service.

I went to pick up an order on Saturday morning that I had placed earlier in the day. Despite no status update, your online chat support confirmed it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, one employee offered to help and went to check on the order. Meanwhile, the other four employees remained seated—two openly discussing video games, one humming music, and another doing nothing—without acknowledging me or offering assistance, even though I was clearly waiting.
After standing there for quite a while, I finally addressed one of the employees, explaining that the order was supposed to be ready and that I was on a schedule. I also mentioned that I’ve been a Verizon customer for 36 years—though it didn’t seem to make a difference. His response was dismissive, telling me they don’t process online orders until instructed to do so. After approximately 15 minutes, my order was finally brought out. It required no setup—just handing me a box.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered poor customer service at Verizon, and it’s disappointing to see the same issues persist.

Jason at Verizon gave us the absolute best service I’ve ever had, not only at a Verizon store but also in general with retail. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and was able to undo a 2-month long bad experience with Verizon prior to coming to his store. He worked with me to get my bill down in ways the phone reps told me was impossible, and I walked out a happy customer with every single problem solved. I won’t be going to any other location for Verizon. To Jason’s manager: this guy deserves a raise and a promotion.

Rashid and Kurt were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in helping me upgrade our phones/account! So glad I stopped in - special offers presented in the store, better than what was present online.

Glad I’m not the only one. They promise you all these discounts and then you get your bill and it’s 3 times the amount we talked about and nothings included 🤣🤣 oh and you’ll never have service either so be prepared to pay $300 a month and not be able to use your phone or internet

Never listen to what they say because they're trying to upsell you on poor quality white elephants. I went in asking for another mid range Motorola and the guy upsold me to a pixel that's given me buying but trouble. Avoid at all costs

Positively the worst experience ever. Do NOT go to this location, they cannot be trusted. It’s been a total nightmare since the very start. Very dishonest. Hidden fees. Should be the same cost every month, but repeated added charges. Of course, when I call they make changes to reduce the fees. Terrible experience. Bye Verizon, never again

My husband and I went back to try to fix an issue we had, from a plan an employee had sold us, in which we lost some old features we had and appreciated. The first lady that sat with us was... ok at first and then we could tell she was not going to help us understand our options. Then the new senior store manager, Da-ron, jumped in and was truly a pleasure to interact with. He walked us through all of our options, with a smile, showed us how to manage the features from our phone, gave us a few options. Before he jumped in, I was considering changing plans, but will not be doing so now. I hope Verizon compensates well and makes an effort to retain people like him. I would highly recommend this store based on our experience with him

Bad. Manager wanted to belittle me.
I went to return a WiFi router I was given when I bought a phone. He said I signed a conteact. I said no. I just came to get a phone and the sales associate sent me the router. He rolled his eyes and with attitude, told me I can’t drop off it there. Trying to convince me I need their internet service. I just left. Sent it in myself.

Horrible experience. Tried to sell an extra line when all that we wanted was an upgrade. Tried to expalin we don’t need it .. but, we’re relentless… finally walked out. Not sure why… they were supposedly saving a few dollars for us and we did NOT want additional line. As, in the long term, will land up costing.

This was an amazing experience! I had been to the Havertown Verizon beforehand and was yelled at and told that what I was saying didn't matter at all. It was a very confusing and horrible experience. Going to this Verizon store, they greeted me and helped me within seconds of walking in the door. Isaac was great, listened to my weird situation and helped me so wuickly. I was out after 5 minutes. He didn't charge me any extra fees or anything. It couldn't have been more of a polar opposite experience than what I had just encountered at the other store. Thank you so much for all of your help!
