UPDATE: I have to eat my words below. After 2 weeks, they still can't provide a receipt. And the sighing...and groaning on the phone because I was asking for one. What happened to the friendly guy I had on the initial call? Is there a florist in the AK Valley that wants my corporate business??__________Wow. After being disappointed with the florist that I've used for years, I decided to use Arnold Flower Shop, since I drive by it all the time. First, a human being answered the phone...and second, he was friendly. Rare. He took my order, told me what to expect, and agreed to send me a receipt via email.Easy and pleasant. They are now my go-to florist!

Just wanted to give a big thank you to the Arnold Flower Shop!! I’ve called twice within the last week to place two separate flower orders to be delivered the following day and each time they were able to take my orders and deliver them! Super friendly and great customer service! My family absolutely LOVES their flowers!! :)

I ordered the flowers for our October wedding from this florist. They were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what I had in mind. My bouquet, fresh flower for the cake, the centerpieces, and a larger arrangement for the card table were all a gorgeous mix of fall colored sunflowers and other complementing smaller flowers. I would 100% recommend this florist.. they are outstanding!

As usual, the crew at Arnold Flower Shop has done a fantastic job. They are our go-to for special occasions. Today I picked up a bouquet for my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I asked them to make spring explode in a bouquet, and they delivered in a huge way. Highly recommended for great service and wonderful arrangements!

Don't order from here if you expect to get your flowers. I ordered over a week ago for a birthday to be delivered. They call an hour before they are suppose to close. Takes until the next day to reach them, and they make it sound like it is my fault, and I get a story how they had to special order them. Yes, so did I. I week before. Ruined my mother in laws birthday. Makes it seem like we forgot her birthday, when Arnold Flower Shop screwed up. Thanks but no thanks for the stress. I should have just gone to Walmart, and delivered myself. Less stress and would have been a time saver after trying to track down this delivery. I thought going to a local shop was the right thing to do these days, apparently not.

Don't expect to get your flowers on the day you ask them to deliver. Ordered flowers a whole week before for a birthday to be delivered. Day of we get a call an hour before they are to close. Took until the day after to even reach someone. Give us the story how they had to special order them. I too special ordered them, then you put me in a disastrous situation.
