I was out of town when my problem arose & they didn’t hesitate to jump in & help me. I can’t describe how much I appreciate these guys for helping me when I was in a pinch!! When it’s time for an upgrade, I’ll definitely be making the hour trip to see them! They’ve earned a loyal returning customer :-)”

“Tia’Ann at the Verizon Wireless Zone in Oakmont knows her stuff. I have been putting off upgrading from my 10S to a new phone iPhone 17 for over a year because of how painful the experience has been for me in the past. Tia’Ann is a magician when it comes to switching phones. There are still some issues with having to sign into apps again once on a new device - such as your Gmail account - I don’t want anyone to think it’s 100% trouble free - but Tia’Ann made this process so much better than I ever thought it could be! Tia’Ann was recommended to me by my son who saw her in September for a phone upgrade and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended!”

“I was there about two months ago and I have been wanting to give kudos to the beautiful and bright young girl who waited on me! I arrived first thing on a Friday morning and two girls greeted me, and wish I could remember their names.
I do remember she was a PH cheerleader. She accommodated me with what I was looking for and set my phone up. Since that is sort of a time-consuming process, we spent the time chatting, and she was very pleasant!”

The girl working at the time was very helpful and greeted everyone as they came in, asking if they needed any help, including myself. She even helped he get an extra 5 dollars off using my points. “Stop by T-Mobile store then pick up a SIM card. My cell phone was n't operating properly right now is you like it took care of the problem? I was losing my phone calls even although the person called it would go straight to my voicemail and my phone is on. Don't know what's going on or why does this but it was doing this so right now it seem like the SIM card straighten out the matters. I am have Wi-Fi calling on as well and this is also through T-Mobile. Might be a time for me to update my phone too”
