I took my Tundra here for an oil change and for them to diagnose a sound under my hood. The sound was a bearing going bad in my alternator. They changed this out with an OEM alternator and also changed my serpentine belt and tensioner as they were due to be replaced. Overall, very nice people who even offered me a ride if needed to pick it up when completed. I will be back.

Was not able to fix rear main seal leak and had to take it to another shop. After spending over $1,000, it was leaking just as much as it was before the repairs in the same area of the car.

Every single time I come here, I'm reminded of just how unique this place is. They're trustworthy, capable, intelligent, good natured folks... any of which can be entirely trusted with any scenario you toss their way. They're fair, honest, and won't ever try to get one over on you. If anything, they are the ones to come to if you suspect another shop may be trying to take advantage, as you can point them directly at the suspect area, completely willing to do the repair if "needed", but they'd never tell you something is "needed" if it truly isn't. Not just looking for cash grabs, this place is looking for long term repeat customers. Of which I VERY much am. There isn't much I don't do on my own vehicles, but for ANYTHING I don't want to do / don't have time to do, I'll always be coming here! Thanks Steve and the entire crew, every one of you is just about the best thing to ever happen to auto service in general! This shop was recommended to me and so far I have been here twice. Both visits were for an oil change and routine maintenance, one also included an inspection. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The service was done correctly, all my fluids were checked and topped off where needed. Air pressure in the tires was checked and corrected. I feel comfortable bringing my car here knowing the service will be done correctly and even the small things taken care of.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Emergency problem resolved quicklyOver the weekend the coolant hose split and caused the engine to overheat. I had the car towed to Performance Auto and called and left them a message about it. They called me Monday morning and said would get to it when they could since they already had a full schedule that week. They called later that afternoon to tell me it was fixed and I could pick it up. I picked it up the next day since I did not expect it to be ready so soon!
