“I love my cvs in Mount Carmel. I order my prescriptions online because I don't drive anymore. I'm disabled and on oxygen. If I have any problems, I call and leave a message and always receive a callback. They are always kind to me and help me figure things out online. I order my prescriptions accordingly so to not run out and I always receive my order on time. The delivery process is easy as well. You can choose between same day delivery or a few days shipped. I always choose same day and receive a time frame that it'll be delivered. Never had a problem. I appreciate cvs for this service and I appreciate the kindness the staff has shown me. Thank you.”
“Great, flexible service. Professional and kind everytime. Deb, the lone pharmacist is great. Sharp and courteous. (not blonde.. see previous comment, that one was terminated.) All the techs are also fantastic and friendly. If you want to wait in line for hours and be belittled, go to CVS. I love community pharmacy.”
