The most unprofessional ignorant pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Like your pharmacists not doctors!!! Anytime I need to go and pick up my medications I get nothing but attitude and ignorance. I wish braces pharmacy was still open because they actually treated their customers as human beings.. if I had a choice to not choose rite aid as my pharmacy I'd do it in a heartbeat but that's the only pharmacy in my town.

I love this Rite Aid store in Ashland PA, for its location and the selection of products available, most of all for the staff in the store.

The female pharmacist is ridiculously miserable and the pharmacy tech charles is to. He gets an attitude and gets annoyed easily and he also can’t even do his job right. No wonder why the line takes forever. Yesterday the female pharmacist and charles the tech got rude with me because i came to pick up prescription and they apparently did not receive a prescription from my health care provider. Both need to be delt with .

Jen the pharmacist is an absolutely miserable individual. She is very rude to customers. She makes it well aware she works 12 hour shifts (9am-9pm) I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible place to have prescriptions filled. Granddaughter needed a prescription filled that was called in 4 hours earlier but was told that it couldn’t get filled that day not because they didn’t have it they just couldn’t get to it. Ridiculous. Woman at the drive through window was very rude.

Years ago when I moved to town from Nashville they had a photo machine and the manager was very helpful when I was having problems, Recently, a female employ has been very helpful by asking me what flavors kombuccha I liked when I complained of not having any ecept ginger, Another time she greated me at the door and showed me that they came in and also that hand soap was on sale...I like the hometown friendliness

they really need to update the hours ! it says they close at 9pm however this is the 3rd time in a week I've went between 6-8 pm and they're completely closed and locked up for the night ??

In the past we have been pleased with this store. My son has an operation scheduled in Allentown for tomorrow. A few days ago his prescriptions were ordered. Of special importance was an antibiotic he was to take prior to his operation. The prescriptions were not filled when we checked today. No antibiotic-no operation tomorrow. We may have to travel early to Allentown so they can give him the antibiotic. That's an extra 8 hours we must spend hanging around the hospital just because we couldn't get his prescription filled on time at Ashland.

Ever since Rite Aid took over Bracy's they have gone down hill. No one answers the phone. Tried to get prescription filled for five days and no one is answering. This is a life saving service and deserves less than one star for the level of incompetence they have shown.

They are ripping EVERYONE off! Do the math...use a calculator if you need. Be warned....stay away!They ARE NOT TRANSPARENT!!!!!Do the math...rite aid is ripping EVERYONE off!2.53×4 plus 12.79 plus 13.99 plus 9.99 i get 46.89 every time! Plus 0.84 tax is a grand total of 47.73 not what they are charging....BEWARE!!! 40 cents is 40cents. Added up over time for every sale....need I say more?

First off they need to change the hours to say we close at 8:49pm because I pulled in at 8:50 and everything is closed down but their cars are still here and it says 9 on the door. And 2nd The lady was rude again to me earlier today. She can't even say hi or Thank you, have a nice day..you get nothing but whats the date of birth and then do you have a plenty card? Every single time, at first I thought maybe she is having a bad day but this been going on for months. And most time I have to come back here twice because they text me its ready and then at least 1 is never ready so I have to come back.
