I would actually give a rating of ZERO if possible. As a disabled person, I often place orders for Amazon. Our family has the largest USPS authorized mailbox size for private residential mail. In the past, mail and smaller packages were placed in the mailbox and larger packages were brought up the stairs to our porch, there they could be protected from rain. Then with the constant turnover in drivers, that standard has changed. Mail and smaller packages were placed in the mailbox and larger packages placed at the bottom of the stairs to the porch. In addition to having a USPS Dashboard that shows digital scans of every mail piece bring sent to our address, we have cameras on our driveway and front door. This in combination with tracking on individual packages is supposed to help us manage and verify receipt of everything. However, now that larger packages are being left on the stairs, instead of the porch, they are getting damaged by rain. As if that weren't enough, now mail pieces are being stacked between packages and left on the stairs. This is not secure. Mail pieces are getting damaged by rain, blowing away into our shrubs or not arriving at all. Please advise our carrier and the laundry list of temporary or substitute carriers that MAIL belongs in the mail box. Smaller packages and bubble envelopes belong in the mailbox. ALL PACKAGES should be delivered to the porch and a courtesy ringing of the doorbell would be appreciated. We are missing items and having items damaged by rain.

Shout out to my carrier. She brings packages to my front porch. She walks the length of the porch to place them on a chair in the corner if it's raining so they won't get wet.

The female mail carrier has been withholding mail for numerous reasons so she doesn't have to deliver packages that don't fit to my door. She's ran over my mailbox numerous times a new one put up. Now after a year of a new box, she claims it isn't right it doesn't open all the way. Opened fine for a yearnow!!! Opens fine for us!!! She's been inappropriate anservice peopled has been reported multiple times. This lady has given me my medicines at her discretion. Post office needs to seriously look at their publicmail carriers and review job performances. This is out of control

All of a sudden. As of this year my packages aren’t delivered to my house and a note is left in my mail box saying “ sorry we missed you” I was home they never drove up my driveway! The older man never had a problem driving up my driveway now the new driver says there is “no access to delivery location” like what do you mean there is no access to my driveway? Me and my 2 neighbors drive in and out of it everyday!!! It’s your lazy!

I actually enjoy going into the post office now, I have been shipping a lot lately. The two younger guys that work the counter have been a major upgrade from the previous older people.

There have been at least 5 occasions where packages were not delivered to my address. Every time the reason given is “animal interference”. Not only are my dogs behind an invisible fence but we’ve spoken to our delivery carrier and drove to the post office and drew a map of where the invisible fence is. The driveway is excluded and there’s no reason a package can not be placed in the driveway. Every time we are told the info would be communicated to the drivers. It’s not.
