For the last 5+ years, we drive 20 minutes to go here (vs. closer to home) because they're honest/reasonable in their analysis & recommendations (in other words...they don't try to upsell just for the sake of making more $). Always friendly & pretty quick. I highly recommend.

I was charged $8 extra because they put in 5.1 quarts of oil. 5 quarts was $85.99 and they added the extra .1 to charge me $7.99. My max capacity is only 5.07 quarts for my car.
They ripped me off on purpose.

A bit pricey, but with $25 coupon not as bad. Oil change was performed well and followed the inspection/verification process.

It was a warm welcome the moment I pulled up a technician greeted me with a friendly smile and asked for my vehicle details .few minutes later my car was parked over the service bay,and it was all swift and impressive job less than 20 minutes later I was all set.As I drove away the car felt like it had just taken a deep breath.

I am a long-term customer of Jiffy Lube, and no matter the transition of new employees, the customer service of its employees are always on point. Today's experience was exceptional and went beyond the traditional service. They were expedient, efficient and very personable. I would recommend Jiffy Lube to the masses ?
