“I setup an appointment here based on the google reviews. They were not wrong. My first attempt at the test didn't go so well, so the gal performing the test gave me a bottle of water and had me hang out for 15 minutes. She was so nice and chatty. I think her name was Latasha? It made the whole process miles above anywhere else I've visited in the past. Hopefully I won't need to come back in the future, but if I do I will definitely choose this place.”

“Made an appointment for 715am, came in at 705 n they called out for my son. Let me tell you how very kind and sweet Mr. Damon was with my kid Romon, he talked to him explained everything step by step and my boy Romon didn't even flinch, unlike other quest diagnostics, where they were quite aggressive. This man needs to be cloned MULTIPLE times. Thanks Mr. Damon for treating my son with such great care, ur an AMAZING man and GREAT at your job.”
“I was a walk-in appointment and they took me in as soon as they could. My phlebotomist was able to get me with one stick which made me very happy because I do not have good veins!”

I forgot my paperwork and she looked it up on the computer, I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment. Highly recommend this location”
“I have vasovagal syncope when getting blood drawn, and Charity was amazing at making me feel at ease! She let me lay down and talked me through the whole blood draw. My lab tech, Emily, was also very efficient and I didn’t feel a thing. It was such a smooth experience and for someone who gets very anxious about getting blood work it went amazing! Really appreciate Charity’s kindness!”
“I have been to several Quest Diagnostics for blood work but this is the main office I use for myself and my family. The office is very small and can be busy at times but the workers are friendly, professional and keep things moving pretty quickly so there never seems to be a long wait. You don't need an appointment but having one sure makes your visit faster in the event the waiting room is full when you arrive. I highly recommend this facility.”

“This was my first visit to this Quest location since the one closer to my house was booked up when I needed a last minute blood test before an infusion but this one had openings, which I reserved on line. I was worried about parking since it was located in a congested part of Oakland but it turned out to have abundant free parking. The facility is clean and well managed, I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in electronically, then was called exactly at my appointment time. The phlebotomist was friendly and very efficient -- I didn't even feel the needle and there was no bruising afterwards. My test results were sent to my doctor within just a few hours. As usual with Quest, excellent service! I wish the rest of the places and practitioners I have to deal with in my health care experiences were as well-run and treated their clients as respectfully as Quest Diagnosis always does.”
“Everything went great. My appointment was scheduled for 10:20 and I was called back at 10:25. The nurse practitioner who took me back and took my info was friendly and got all my new insurance information entered into the system quickly, she was great taking my blood samples and overall I think I was in and out in about 5 mintues!”

“The Quest facility in Sq. Hill is so convenient and there is always parking. I was surprised when they were closed a few weeks and afraid they weren't going to reopen. It's so nice having such a place so close to me. I would hate to lose them. The staff is good and I had no wait! It was a good visit!”

“Kim was amazing! I’m covered in tattoos and afraid of bloodwork, so I put off getting my labs for quite a while. Kim was amazing, efficient, and made great conversation to distract me. She was very quick and I didn’t experience any extra poking and prodding (everyone’s body is different, but I still appreciated that she found my vein so quickly). She collected four vials and the whole appointment took less than five minutes. I appreciate the ability to schedule, modify, and check in to appointments online. . I will definitely return to this location for any future bloodwork I need.

“I like Walgreens as it is convenient for me. I was in the need of Centrum vitamins. Big huge store well laid out and very friendly cashiers. I have been in several times and there is always someone to help find you something if you cant find it yourself. I find the prices fine and the service excellent. One thing I like about Walgreens over CVS is that I can use Apple pay.”
