“I setup an appointment here based on the google reviews. They were not wrong. My first attempt at the test didn't go so well, so the gal performing the test gave me a bottle of water and had me hang out for 15 minutes. She was so nice and chatty. I think her name was Latasha? It made the whole process miles above anywhere else I've visited in the past. Hopefully I won't need to come back in the future, but if I do I will definitely choose this place.”

“Made an appointment for 715am, came in at 705 n they called out for my son. Let me tell you how very kind and sweet Mr. Damon was with my kid Romon, he talked to him explained everything step by step and my boy Romon didn't even flinch, unlike other quest diagnostics, where they were quite aggressive. This man needs to be cloned MULTIPLE times. Thanks Mr. Damon for treating my son with such great care, ur an AMAZING man and GREAT at your job.”

“The phlebotomist Shontia (sp?) was professional and friendly and went out of her way to provide excellent service. My script had an unusual coding that my doctor had included by accident, and while I was there she called to confirm the lab order.
She was also gentle in drawing blood and held my arm in a stable way as she inserted and removed new vials to prevent any pain. She’s probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!”

“Being able to check in on my phone makes the process easier and more time efficient. Shauna was the person who did my testing. She is newly to this location & she is extremely polite, friendly and you can tell she loves what she is doing.
I forgot my paperwork and she looked it up on the computer, I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment. Highly recommend this location”
“The ability to check in online is helpful as it was only when I was leaving that I saw where the check in terminals had been moved to; they are now less obvious than they used to be, though this likely makes more space for seating. My appointment occurred on time which was unusual for this location. The member of staff was skilled and managed to draw blood successfully which is also unusual for me.”
“Ms. Laverne is a treasure—she’s incredibly skillful, patient and kind. My baby has needed monthly blood draws and Ms. Laverne has been the only phlebotomist to be able to draw blood from my baby’s tiny veins. It’s worth the drive and parking fee.”

“I have been to several Quest Diagnostics for blood work but this is the main office I use for myself and my family. The office is very small and can be busy at times but the workers are friendly, professional and keep things moving pretty quickly so there never seems to be a long wait. You don't need an appointment but having one sure makes your visit faster in the event the waiting room is full when you arrive. I highly recommend this facility.”

I don't mind a bruise, as my veins slip slide and collapse, but he finds it anyway. I cannot tell you how many hundreds of others cannot do that. Thank you.”

“I have been coming to the Mt. Lebanon location for quite some time. My most recent visit was so great. I typically pass out when I get bloodwork done and am always nervous for my appointment. The phlebotomist, Darlene, was so incredibly kind and patient. She made sure I was laying down, talked me through everything, and checked that I felt okay before leaving. It was not rushed and I didn’t feel like a burden at all. Excellent experience!!”
