I had an 8:20 appointment time and was back in my car by 8:35, which was wonderful as I had been expecting to wait a while based on the reviews for this location. I didn’t catch the name of my phlebotomist but she did great at putting my nerves at ease and took multiple vials quickly. I’m not usually a fast stick but she nailed it on the first try.”

“I have been coming to the Mt. Lebanon location for quite some time. My most recent visit was so great. I typically pass out when I get bloodwork done and am always nervous for my appointment. The phlebotomist, Darlene, was so incredibly kind and patient. She made sure I was laying down, talked me through everything, and checked that I felt okay before leaving. It was not rushed and I didn’t feel like a burden at all. Excellent experience!!”

I did not catch the technicians name but she was so kind, patient, and willing to work with us to get her blood drawn. I was able to hold my daughter and she was so gentle when drawing her blood. I would definitely visit this location again!”
