They have been the most accommodating pharmacy. My husband and I take a lot of meds and it can be very confusing. They have provided us with absolutely wonderful service from Athena, Diane and the Pharmacists and all the staff. They also deliver! We always have given our business to the local small business. They are FABULOUS.

A great family owned business that carries tons of medical supplies. I’ve been getting my medications and vaccines from here for years. The pharmacists are very helpful and always accessible even by phone. They also compound medicine for pets! They even offer blister packs for your medications to make life easier. I highly recommend using this local pharmacy over a large chain.

It is disappointing to write this review today because my family has supported this business for 20 years. We have three children and throughout there the time growing up this was the only pharmacy we used. We are a healthy family and very rarely need medicine these days, thankfully. Over the past two years we have been hibernating or wearing masks resulting in no family members needing medication. Today my wife was prescribed some medicine and was trying to remember what medicines she was allegoric to or had reactions too. A quick phone call to Aston Pharmacy to ask a question led to the pharmacist getting on the phone to inform my wife that we have not had a prescription filled in two years. Both the pharmacist and women that answered the phone were rude and unprofessional. No information was provided to my wife and the phone call end quite abruptly. Aston Pharmacy seemed to be more concerned with when the last time we frequented their business then the welfare of their customers. Is this a business you want to support or the customer service you are looking for from a local business?

Absolute amateur-hour pharmacy. Unprofessional and unacceptably late handling a pre-scheduled appointment while multiple employees - who are supposedly pharmacy professionals - walk around with masks covering their necks and chins instead of their noses. Will never go back and would never, ever recommend it to anyone else. I'm all for helping local businesses, but Aston and its citizens would be better served turning this place into a dry cleaner, a nail salon, a plastic trash bag recycling center, a vacant lot,.... anything would be better than this pharmacy.

What an awesome local business! The pharmacist/co-owner, Maria, came to the house (twice) to give my bedridden Mom her covid vaccine shots. So sweet and kind, she is our hero! Also, the staff and inventory of the medical equipment store is unsurpassed in the area. We purchased two stair lifts from here. Joe and his team are professional and efficient. Thank you Aston Pharmacy!

Had a wonderful experience renting a wheelchair. The people were very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend and go back there. Great to know businesses like this still exist.

So happy to find this pharmacy today! Had a rough day of many doctor phone calls and then CVS couldn’t get a medication for me. Aston pharmacy was SO nice, prompt, and got me my medicine within a few hours of calling them! Will definitely be returning. They also looked like they had a lot of great medical equipment.

I have used Aston Pharmacy Home Health for my CPAP machine for the past year. While for the most part it has been a smooth process I have discovered that it can be a real issue to contact them when something is wrong or you need assistance. They have never returned my calls when I leave messages on their answering machine. I had to call through to the Pharmacy to get to the person in Home Health. Their hours for face to face are not good if you work. I was told by the Home Health person "I leave at 4:15 so get here before then" (I work until 4) The audit of my CPAP machine can be done by satellite, but when they need the numbers they were unable to check my machine and I have to make a trip to the store with the chip so they can read it. (before 4:15) I had a billing issue and had to deal with a myriad of insurance folks and this was after I had been paying for my equipment for a year with no problems. Once again it took several calls and my own effort to resolve the issue. Seems that billing did not check with the insurance company who had sent the bill to the wrong department. So it has been inconvenient to deal with Aston Pharmacy Home Health at times. They need to improve customer service.

The staff is welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. It's nice to have a neighborhood pharmacy where they are more than happy to answer all of your questions and make sure you are always taken care of. They even went out of their way to rush a compounded medicine for my dog Leia!!
