I built a gaming PC in March 2023, but from the start, it had trouble booting. The tower would power on, but the screen often remained blank with no BIOS post—just lifeless. I'd have to force shut it down and try again, with no guarantee it would boot. My monitor would cycle through inputs, adding to the frustration.
After repeated troubleshooting and struggling with a $3,000 Windows desktop that took 2.5 minutes to reach the lock screen, I’d had enough. I brought my (very heavy) PC to CNA in Aston, where Pete helped me out. He managed to “fix” the issue and cut the boot time from 2.5 minutes to under 30 seconds.
Now, I no longer worry if my PC will boot properly, and I’m incredibly grateful. I’d return to CNA for any computer or device issue I can’t resolve myself. Thank you for the help!

I had a 2 different, but related, software issues that both companies involved were unable to fix, even after over a dozen hours of chats. I brought my laptop in to the Aston CNA location and Peter listened carefully to my problem, asked follow up questions and promptly identified the issue and solved everything. He then spent time with me at pickup to test the issue in different ways to make sure I was satisfied that everything was working properly. The expedited service got me in and out, something other computer software repair options did not offer. The relief to have everything working properly was huge! Highly recommend!

Not really satisfied with my laptop evaluation. After charging $168 diagnostic fee, they couldn't identify what the issue is with my laptop. Only thing they could offer me is to sell their refurbished laptops. Also, they say they'd charge 3% more for credit card payment. Would have appreciated better, had they told me before signing the contract
