I’m very lucky I have an apartment manager and an owner that are very caring and compassionate men. I appreciate everything they do for me. They do things right away. Nothing ever gets put aside. They are really really great guys. I recently had a problem with my heater while it got fixed and it took them a lot to have to do it they really I’m sure how to replace everything but they did it because they knew I needed it and they’re right there for me. I would recommend this complex or any complex that they manage our own because they’re upscale guys. I just want to thank them again for allowing me to live here because I love my apartment. It is perfect for a woman my age with my Heart Condition. They’re great guys they’re very understanding and compassionate and I’m very lucky to be renting from them. CORE Property Management Realty was everything I could've hoped for in a landlord. Maintenance requests were prompt, their service techs professional and their representatives as well as property managers (especially Chris Rischetti) made every process easier. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering renting one of their properties!

Core property management Realty has been managing my properties for three years now. My wife and I own a lot of single-family and multifamily properties, and Core manages them all. We are getting higher rents, better quality, tenants, and have a lot less headaches dealing with the day to day on these properties.
I just can’t say enough about Core. The Team at Core has freed me up with more time to look for more investments, and has given me the confidence to buy more properties, If you’re not using Core, you’re probably losing money!!!
