They told me to come back in an hour came back and waited another hour just for a face wax. They continued to take other customers before me after I have been waiting around. Won’t be back

My granddaughter and I went in for the first time and what an amazing experience! Ken did my nails and was patient with me as I had a hard time finding a color and he did an amazing job. My granddaughter loved her nails as well and we will certainly go back! The shop was also very clean and he opened a new pack of things to use on my nails.

I don’t know much about this shop!! But if y’all looking for a classic, original, family’s own business!! This is the one!! Today’s mine 1st day working at the shop!! I felt like the same shop i used to working 20 plus years ago!!! No Cameras, No Wifi, no Cables, no Fancy stuffs!! I like it alot, reminding of a lollipop!! I came in for a mani pedi, left with one too but the manicure i got was not at all what i asked for and i paid for it to not be rude. i rethought it and went back in and asked for my money back because they knew this was not what i wanted and they proceeded to try to convince me that they were the right length and all this other stuff knowing that this was not what i wanted. will not be going back at all and i 100% should've gotten at least some of my money back.

The people here are very rude and do not take responsibility. My sister got her nails done and they were done terribly and we went back to see if they could redo them for free but they refused and charged us again for the mistake THEY MADE. They also don’t shape nails right and do it very sloppy. My sisters nails in the pictures were obviously not shaped and were just blobs ( she asked for squoval and those are not even a shape) . Everytime I’ve come here they don’t do what I ask for and when we tried showing one of the workers what we wanted he got frustrated and thew his things and said “ I’m not doing this”. Very disappointed with the customer service and the work they do.

Their prices are reasonable because they do such a horrible job, they butchered my nails so bad. When I asked for squoval nails and they had looked at me very confused. It’s upsetting because I did my nails to go on vacation and my nails look so bad
