I have been storing at this location for a year and three months. I have driven past this location on four different occasions and the main gate has been wide open after hours and this is ridiculous. That absolutely poses a security risk for all tenants. While I have a lock that is more difficult to break doesn't mean it couldn't still be broken. I will be looking for storage elsewhere and when I have the means I will be moving elsewhere.

I've had a indoor unit here for maybe a year now and roughly 7 months of it I've had zero lights in the hallway at my unit (6) light fixtures are not working and I've spoke to the front desk and they keeping saying (they are working on it) such a joke then I get a notice last month they want to raise my monthly rent absolutely ridiculous will be moving my things out once I can make arrangements

Close, Convenient, but the unit was not clean, and to see mice droppings....A Little Pricy for that! In addition to that they do a rental increase quite often. Which is ridiculous!

The storage facility is "fine". It is clearly a budget choice. However be aware the rumors are true. < 3 months after you join, they will raise the rate upwards of 40% on what you had agreed to pay.
