They hired someone finally she not only lacks customer service skills, she doesn’t work and 100% unprofessional. I been a customer for years and something needs to change. For starts the kindergarten games. I called customer service numerous times in the last few weeks.

I started with the online price after 2 mos the monthly payment increased. Can never get in contact with the specific store Manager. They do not call you back when you leave a message and they are always closed. There is no one available during store hours.

DO NOT rent a storage space here! I have been there for less than 2 years and they've raised the rent twice. The first increase came 1 month after I moved in.I'm not sure what they're using the extra money for considering the roads around the units are horribly maintained. Huge potholes everywhere.And God-forbid you want to cancel. No one is in the rental office to give notice; no one responds to online messages that you're giving notice; no one has responded to phone messages.This has been a HORRIBLE experience.

Place is clean and never alot of people so you have you privacy and price is very affordable. Most of all though is the warm welcome when you walk in office. Bean was wonderful and accommodating and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

I am extremely disappointed with iStorage of Aston. Everything was going fine until the day I was moving to my new house. While I was emptying my unit and loading up my U-Haul, the property manager drove by without saying anything more than a casual "hi." A few hours later, I received a call from the property manager, informing me that my unit was vacant and without a lock. They asked if I wanted to terminate my lease. I explained that I had just emptied the unit because I was moving that day, but I had been charged the day before. Therefore, I inquired about a prorated refund if I were to cancel the lease that day. However, they explained that their company policy did not allow for prorated rent, yet they continued to pressure me to terminate the lease.I clarified that if I wasn't receiving any refund, I wouldn't pay for the full month and terminate the agreement less than 24 hours after making the payment. Their response was, "What if we terminate it a few days from now?" It was evident that they wanted to collect a full month's rent from me and immediately rent out the unit to receive double rent for the month. I firmly declined their proposal, stating that I would keep the unit empty until the end of the month that I had already paid for.Less than a week later, I received a letter in the mail informing me that my rent was increasing by $9 per month. Their customer service is laughable at best. Additionally, within the few months I've been renting from them, the condition of their paving has significantly deteriorated. It was below average when I started renting, and it only worsened over time. If you plan to store anything at iStorage of Aston, make sure you have an off-road capable truck! The potholes there are worse than those in Philadelphia. The most severe one was about a foot deep, and their attempted "fix" was to fill it with sand, which promptly sank. If you still decide to do business with this place, be prepared for poor customer service and set aside some cash for new tires.

This is a review for IStorage Self Storage in Aston, Pa.The Service Consultant (Bean) was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. She provided 5+ stars customer service. I would definitely recommend this facility to others!!!

Ok so we have rented a space, the code isn't working. Went to all 3 places NO ONE at any of them. Called 800 number but they can't answer any questions or deal with any "local" issues? Wth? This place is HORRIBLE. can't move stuff in and can't get the stuff I placed in there out, omg!!

Couldn't find anyone in the office, so I had to order a unit online and then had to call corporate for an access code to get into my unit.

Do not put your things in this storage space! Nobody is there during the posted hours of operations, they're dishonest and have 0 communication skills. My bill is due the 15th of every month right? I'm in the process of moving my things out. I have called numerous times, drove back and forth numerous times only for a lock (that should've been off my storage unit because my payments were up to date!) was still on there after I talked with someone who said the property manager would make sure the lock was off. On that same day the person over the phone also said that in the system it said the lock was off... I was standing right in front of my storage unit and it in fact wasn't off. They told me because of this I will have a grace period and wouldn't need to pay the upcoming payment. Now it's 4 days after the payment would've been due... Nobody answers the phone at all, I don't have access to my things because technically I have to pay. They are just so annoying and don't communicate at all. I will never do business with them again.

BEWARE!. They have no one to work at this facility, no person in the office or manager. Pot holes are everywhere. I've tried closing out my unit for 4 days straight and cannot get ahold of anyone to check the unit and finalize. You call customer service and they say they are understaffed and cannot handle anything. They told me they have no one to work there. They will put in tickets for you but no one calls back. They will still try charging you your next month fee, even though you are out of your unit because no one has been in the office to handle anything.
