I had bad experiences with an employee there. I told her that I have small vein, I asked her to use a butterfly needle, she told me that I did not need butterfly needle, then she twisted a needle in my arm several times and did not get any blood out. I asked her to use a butterfly needle, she took the needle out, told me that she was not serve me anymore, and go to another location. I think that LabCorp management should train their employees more professionally.

This Labcorp Location needs to close or they need to get new employees. I am not the first person to have a horrible experience with the heavyset girl with the long fingernails. She is inexperienced and RUDE. Had no customer service skill and didn’t care to do her job. Couldn’t get my blood drawn either and dug around in my birth arms, told me to come back the next day. I drove to Glen Mills right after and the wonderful woman had no problem getting blood from me. Told my co workers about her and was told that she had the same issue with her. Don’t work if you hate your job. Very nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to do her job. Bye

I had a really nice experience here. I had driven to the lab and there was a long wait so I drove back to the Walgreens near my house and was seen pretty quickly. Within 10-15 mins maybe. My son also went a month ago for his bloodwork and he was also seen incredibly fast. The nurse on staff was really kind. I told her I was nervous because I hate bloodwork and she spoke to me the whole time to distract me. I really appreciated that. She was very good at drawing blood. It was fast and painless. The lab in Walgreens wasn’t much different than labcorp in my opinion. And because it was in Walgreens, I was able to buy a snack after having my blood drawn. I would recommend this to others for sure.

I went there this morning aroubd approximately 7:45 am I was supposed to have blood work done I was taken in not too long after I arrived the nurse that attempted to draw my blood stuck me twice then proceeded to jab the needle around in my arm and left a big bruise so I left and went to Upland were the nurse drew my blood first shot and left no marks

I was there today and I didn't have an appointment. They took me back within 10 minutes. The woman who drew my blood was very nice and polite. She was also very good with drawing the blood. I didn't feel a thing. Will go back.

Schedule myself for physician ordered blood work . Arrived a little early. Checked in at the kiosk, was called in, had blood drawn and was on my way in 5 minutes . :)

This morning I had blood work done at the Aston Labcorp in Walgreens. Vanessa was the technician on duty. Excellent! I made my appointment online. The check-in was easy, I waited about two minutes before my name was called. Vanessa was pleasant, friendly, and most importantly GREAT at her job. I didn't feel a thing and hours later, no bruise on my arm. Thank you Vanessa!

I walked into Lab Corp in Aston, located inside the Walgreens to get blood drawn for lab work my doctor ordered. I waited maybe five minutes after checking in through the kiosk, when I was called into the room to have my blood drawn by Bridget who was just awesome! She was so professional and gentle with the needle and I didn’t feel anything!

The female phlebotomist was extremely rude. She has no customer service skills. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I made an appointment and she completely was unprofessional and unhelpful. I handed her my paperwork and she looked at me and I asked after waiting a few moments if she would like the paperwork she rudely said sit over there. When I tried to assist a special-needs woman in a wheelchair who cannot login I asked this phlebotomist how we could help her. She said she will have to figure that out
