Had a tree limb fall in the hood of my truck and dent. It had the hood replaced and had the new bug drill deflector put in. Took three attempts to get it but they made it right and then I got scuff marks on the side of my truck and they took care of me. So it seems like a family operated business. There are some glitches in the system but hey they now have a coffee cup for visitors. This come and stay for a while. I'm happy with them. I'll go back to them when I need them. Mr. Kibby
