Wast of money ? come to the house 1 didn't work. Didn't see any change. Told the to come for the second time . They want to do treatment .third time they just rescheduled me because they just want it. Then they came to the house they never ring bell and the leave .

YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!! Do not waste your time or money on this company. I am very unsatisfied with the services that I’ve received here. I have spent thousands of dollars in the span of two years with this company just to see matters either stay the same or get worse when I was assured that things would be resolved with ongoing appointments.There are technicians that call out and waste your time, just to not be notified that your appointment will be changed.And if it’s any holiday, just forget it! Everyone goes on vacation and you won’t receive any replies from the manager.

The Tec’s that came out were okay & respectful, however I wasn’t too comfortable with them because of their knowledge. Also if I have more questions I need to be able to ask them, & for my questions to be answered about the service I received from that Tec.

They would not come and remove a groundhog from one of their traps because it was the weekend. I called for four days telling them that the cage was exposed to a 95-degree temperature with no shade in the blazing sun! My daughter and grandson had to watch the groundhog slowly die over a four day period. Finally, after it was dead, it attracted flies. Oh, and did I mention that the cage was right next to the front steps!! This whole thing was very inhumane as well as traumatic for my 3 year old grandson.

I was lied to about the cost - it was presented as a yearly cost, rather than as a monthly cost I was obliged to pay for an entire year. After doing a chargeback on the surprise charges, they continue to spam me about it, through mail and phone calls (the phone calls coming from 760 numbers, like every other spam call using my area code despite me not having lived in California for 5 years). Every time I reach out to them about the misleading sale, I either get no answer, or I'm told that someone will get back to me (only to get more spam instead of any answer).And then, the service is terrible. I called about mice once, and they did nothing about it except offer to sell me a basement dehumidifier for $1,500 (almost 20x what one costs for my basement) , and wood fungal treatment for $1,000 (well over 50x what fungicide costs). I ended up solving the mouse problem by putting glue traps in every possible room entrance and passageway, and haven't seen any mice months after removing the traps, no thanks to them. It's overpriced service for problems they'll sell you ripoff "fixes" for anyway.Avoid this scummy business like the plague. They'll lie to you about their charges, and then try to rip you off further instead of actually solving the problem.

This company is a fraud. I called them for an inspection. The inspector came oout and exaggerated the issues and lied about what the technician would do. I bought one of thier more expensive packages. When the guy came out, he did horrible work. He also treated my home and was supposed to treat the outside. I left once he started the house. I came back shortly, and watched him try to leave with out treating the outside of my home. When I stopped him he got an attitude and sprayed a few spots and left. I spent over 1,000. I canceled and demanded portion of my money back. They refused. Please know that any positive review is written by someone that works there. These people are crooks!!!Services: Rodent extermination

There is more than one but the primary reason is due to Brad Miller and Gabe Curiale. Omega Pest Control now Terminix was an excellent service provider. They performed annual visits, they provided trend reports which is what auditors want to see especially SQF auditors. They were very thorough on performing the bi-weekly inspections. The way Omega had the books set up was always a plus with auditors and they commented Omega saying it was really well put together and they nailed it on the information. Brad Miller is a huge part of making all this happened. He had a true vision and understanding of customer service and the business. Brad was always available to answer questions and jump in to help his team whenever needed. Gabe has always been an excellent technician and has never hesitated to answer any questions and show me any areas that I would want to see or know more details about. Having pictures has always been a plus as the visual always helps show and tell what has been identified. I am looking forward to the same service we have grown accustomed to with Omega Pest Control that has now been acquired by Terminix. If the same service given in the past is the same service we will be receiving with Terminix we will be in good hands.

I use terminix for one reason, Mark Schwartz. I worked with a McDonalds operator for years, he was our technician and was absolutely amazing. I chose terminix for my business because of him. When I lucked out and he showed up at my one location, it was fantastic. He is great, every one of your technicians should be like him.

Terminix canceled scheduled appointments three times and did not inform me. The technician just did not show up. I was told a manager would follow-up. No follow-up call. This does not surprise me. Poor customer service and unable to resolve simple issues. Terminix is not available for emergency appointments, regular business hours only.Customer service resolved issues with scheduling. The original technician Chris was sent, providing maintenance extermination services and did a great job today!Chris, was the first technician sent when I first signed up with Terminix. Chris is very professional and attentive to details.I would highly recommend Terminix.Services: Ant extermination
