Do not take your puppy here to get groomed because all they want is for you to sedate your dog to make their job easier. Puppies will be puppies and giving them drugs is not the answer. They were told that the puppy’s Vet would not give medicine to any puppy because they needed to be groomed and the groomer made a smart comment that maybe the Vet should groom the dog then. Total disrespect to the customer who was paying them to provide a service that their business advertises…DOG GROOMING!!! Horrible Customer Service!!! They were very rude!!!

I called this location multiple times to make an appointment and it was so hard to get someone. I showed up to make an appointment and the customer service was horrible and I asked to speak to a manager and the women talking to me was the owner. DON’T USE THIS BUSINESS. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW 1 STAR. Spend your money somewhere where they will treat you and your dog with respect.

I use to fully get my dogs groomed here then switches to grooming my self and bringing them in for nail cuts last time I went the girl at the front was rude and very u friendly I will never be back

I've been going here for many years. I take my dogs to get nail trims monthly on a walk-in basis, and there's never a long wait. I love the way the technicians who care for my dogs that are difficult clients.

Heard great things and needed a groomer for our 8 month old white Chihuahua who is great in most ways but will not let anyone 1) put a collar on her, 2) do anything to her face and 3 perhaps most important cut her nails. From initially speaking to her Leah seemed confident that things would be fine. Within 2 hours much to my and my fiance surprise we got the call saying she was done (nails clipped and all). Although they said there was a big of a struggle Leah and team seemed happy to work on her and said they would continue to work on her in the future. Me and my fiance were extremely nervous about being turned away because of our girl Chloe's behavior but they got the job done and made our Chloe look more adorable (didn't think it was possible) than before. My only hope is our girl warms up to them in the future :)

Jenna does a great job with our girl, Sadie (a mixed breed pup with unusually textured and patterned fur). She (and the rest of the staff) is patient with our anxious dog - especially when trimming her nails. It is easy to get an appointment and communication is great. Sadie comes home looking and smelling like a million bucks every time!

I brought my puppy Chance there when I first adopted him. They did an amazing job. Today we went back our second time and he looks just as great. Thank you Terry for fitting him in and great job by your staff as always. He is loving his bowtie!
