Every question I had was answered promptly and professionally and I was able to get my return label printed right there on the spot and my refund was being processed and within a few hours I got the email. Very good service. Simple, easy and efficient.

Went to take some Amazon returns and one needed a label. My printer was out of ink and I have been to the store on Baltimore pike before and they print labels for free. I arrived to this location and had 2 other return than didn’t need labels. The gentleman that was in there seemed miserable to begin with and when I told him I need a label printed he tried charging me to print a label. I will not be using this store and customer assistance is not a priority.

I went to the Pennell Rd. Aston, UPS store location on a Saturday afternoon. I was the only customer at the time. The two young associates were talking/gossiping to one another the whole time. They barely acknowledged that I was there. I wasn’t greeted nor thanked for coming in. I will not be returning to this location.

Unless you're some sort of a member they charge you ten bucks to pick up a shipped to the store are UPS package that I paid for had to pay $10 to pick it up what a joke ?

I want to leave this review as a business owner using UPS on Aston as the most convenient and reliable location for all my personal and business needs. I want to shout Steve and Jacob in a very big way. These 2 have given me exceptional service and I will always leave with a smile. Steve by far is the most respectful and hard working employee I ever came across. He always have a solution to my madness and Jacob as well. So from Hibiscus Notary LLC thanks for all you have done for me. Keep up the good job.

Steve shipped a package from the Aston location for me on a Saturday. Steve told me it would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday it just showed a “label created”. I called on both Monday and Tuesday and spoke with Steve, and on Tuesday I also spoke with Amanda. Steve told me on Tuesday that it could take 7-10 days for a Ground package to be delivered but that is not what he told me when he processed my package. Then both Amanda and Steve initially told me that they could not track down my package but then changed their story to the package could be traced. Neither Steve nor Amanda, however cared enough to initiate a trace. They are neither professional, caring nor honest people but having attitudes and lying to their customers is something that both excel at.

Steve and everyone in that location are so friendly and so helpful. They really care about the customers and what they are doing. Of all of the UPS store locations I have ever dealt with this location is by far the best.

Very rude staff! When I walked in and said what service I needed, one guy totally ignored me and the other sighed heavily and walked away. When I was asked for my ID, I wasn't even given time to get it out and LITERALLY 2 seconds go by and the one guy said loudly ID. I NEED YOUR ID. I will never again use this UPS location.

Employee made me and other ppl wait for 20 minutes , then later on felt like telling customers that any returns couldn’t happen cause the scanner or computer wasn’t working, after making us wait for nothing and not telling anyone ahead of time. He made us waist our time. Bad customer service here and very disorganized location. Don’t recommend coming here.

I recently went to UPS to do Amazon returns. There was a younger male with “braids” he tried to tell me that I needed to pay $14 for the packaging!! Even though it was an Amazon return !Today I had to go in once again HEATHER & another gentleman had me in and out, there was no charge && even cracked jokes with my bf! They were very hospitable; that other guy is not & his service is ? questionable

My mother had to drop off a package for me in store because no one at UPS picked it up at the location it was meant to be picked up at (Which is what she paid for). My package was then supposed to be delivered on Wednesday January 25th, It was not. My mom called then they said it would be delivered Tuesday February 7th. Again it was not. We called again and someone said it was going to be delivered on Tuesday, February 14th, It is now Saturday, February 25th, still don't have my package and called UPS. They told me that I had to call the store where my mother dropped it off at, which I did. All I got was attitude from staff, and them saying that they wouldn't be able to look it up because of a pre-paid label. My mom paid over $200 for this delivery and it has been a month. I would appreciate if someone at UPS could provide decent customer service and help. This package has very important, and personal documents that I need.

I felt ripped off more than once here. The young lady was very nice working the counter. But to print a single sheet was $3.27 that is robbery. The UPS store in Greenville DE would do it for me for free and I don't expect free but to charge me $3.00 for 15 minutes computer use because they had to open an email hat took literally 10 seconds. I find to be a rip off. I felt ripped off another time when I paid a lot to fax important paperwork and it didn't go through properly and they wouldn't resend it and wanted to charge me full price again to send it and it was super expensive. So I lost that money and took it somewhere else. It's just 2 bad experiences out of 3 trips to the store.

the staff at this UPS is awesome..very helpful to this 58YO 'Boomer' who isn't too swift when it comes to scanning, forwarding, uploading pdf files and the like from my 'smart' phone...these folks are plenty patient ,even when they watch me struggle to remember my email and Amazon passwords...good folks....

Great staff. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Professional. Always get very good service. Even when they are busy, I never feel the staff is rushing me out the door.
