By far the worst pharmacy. I have had a problem everytime I have dealt with this CVS... I am filing a complaint with the BBB... I was told there was 2 different prescriptions for my one medication. One that was for 30 days and one for 60 days. Thus was their mistake but still tried to make it my issue and just blow me off like they couldn't do anything and it didnt matter. Mind you my medication is for a disease and I can't eat without it. I was given a 30 day prescription when I was supposed to get 60. Effectively having half of my money stolen with no resolution. Horrible business. I would not use this pharmacy again.

By and far the worse cvs I’ve been to, and that’s saying a lot. They don’t honor price tags that are wrong, nothing is ever in stock. The employees are like land of the living idiots at this store. No one knows a thing about anything. Can’t wait til it’s closed down and they put something new there

The pharmacy is slow but the staff are nice and helpful and don’t have attitudes like the ones at the Willow Grove one, this pharmacy actually ordered my medication for me.

Consistently poor service, disorganized, and understaffed. They act as you are inconveniencing them by asking for your prescriptions.

The other reviews are correct, folks. Just adding another one to let people know that it's still just as terrible. Pharmacy is under-staffed and under-competent, wait times are endless, and scripts are never ready even if you get a message indicating they are. Even if you have to drive another 10 minutes out of your way to use a different pharmacy, do it.

It gets old having to scream my personal information and then have my things dropped on the ground because they won't fix their speaker or drawer at the drive-thru.

I have written negative reviews of this store in the past. I switched getting my vaccinations because of the long lines and the store used to be dirty. They have really improved in customer service, length of time to get service and best of all, cleanliness.

I went in for otc allergy meds. Most of them are locked up, and Jenny was right there to see if I needed to have anything unlocked. She was so nice and helped me make my selection! Thanks for your help!
