“Dragon Gym has been a fantastic experience for my son. He's been attending for several years at this point and he has gained so much more than simply learning martial arts. There are a number of skills beyond karate that he has learned such as discipline, focus, leadership, confidence and communicating clearly to name a few.All the instructors at Dragon Gym have been great to work with and are extremely supportive. “LOVE this place and these people! Morning, daytime, evening and week-end classes are available to accommodate everyone. That was especially important to me, because I like to attend a 90 minute Bikram class, every single day and my schedule is very rocky! I find all of the instructors Chalise, Justin, Alana, Chris, Neil, accomplished, attentive and so approachable. I use modifications, because I have joint replacements and shoulder cuff surgeries.All of the staff are open and friendly .One of the co-ownwers, Andy, has asked the Focus community, to take walks with me, when I could not take classes and was healing. He expressed his warm wishes for me to heal and come back, because I had shoulder surgery. The community engaged, chimed in and have really helped out! Focus is inclusive in every way and members bring their children, as well as their parents. I feel very blessed to have connected with Focus Bryn Mawr!”

“I've been a member of traditional gyms and just worked out independently, but after college my workout habits became inconsistent and I didn't like the trajectory my health was on when I turned 30 a couple years ago.

I ended up joining Main Line Total Fitness because Ed (owner & trainer) and Tray's (trainer) program for me provided the additional structure and motivation I wanted. They take a whole-body approach to developing a fitness plan and use metrics in addition to weight loss to track your fitness progress. So while I've lost weight following their plan, I've also gotten feedback about how my body fat percentage has decreased and my muscle mass has increased, which has been really motivating for me.

100% love this gym and what Ed has created. I mainly train with Tray who has a lot of knowledge and has tailored my workouts based on his observations and my feedback. My top priority was to regain a consistent routine, and I have because of this program -- I mean, they even offer financial incentives for meeting my program goals -- that's pretty awesome!”

“I have been a member of Legion Transformation Center for almost 6 years off and on. I recently completed a member challenge that is offered through the gym and had great results! The gym offers private training as well as group fitness classes. The coaches are great! Very knowledgeable and supportive and motivating. “The orange theory workout is a good one. I really enjoy the numbers and data tracked throughout your workout. The data for the treadmill and rower are available in the app post workout, as well as your heart rate details.

The staff are all super friendly. All of the coaches, who lead the workouts, seem to genuinely want to be there and help you. They all show a true passion for fitness. It is quite refreshing and unexpected for a franchise and makes the experience that much better.”

“I’ve been here for a year now. The BJJ classes on Tuesdays are very good for anybody wanting to start grappling. The kickboxing, boxing and Muay Thai programs are run very well and the coaches treat everybody like family. Pops says it best, “ Everyone walks in here with the same amount of respect.””

“A friend of mine was doing fitness training with Bonnie and I realized that I wanted to make a change with my routine. I decided to try it for myself! I’ve never done personal training - I’ve always worked out in my own (running, Bikram yoga, etc). I’ve been working with Bonnie for almost a year and I am amazed at the results she produces. It’s completely taken me out of my workout “rut”. I would recommend Bonnie and Tom to anyone looking to make changes to their workout routine (or anyone looking to start one!). “Was in the area visiting friends and found this CF to drop into. John the owner was super friendly and accommodating! Coaches were awesome! Community was so welcoming. The facility is legit…so many class time options and lots of areas to workout in. They basically have any piece of equipment you can think of. I love my box back home but boy is this a close second! Highly recommend if you are in the area! I would be a member if I lived here and wasn’t just visiting but I will be sure to drop in anytime I am back for a visit!”

“There are many gyms out there, but then there is Orange Theory. I've learned that it takes a lot of effort to motivate myself to get to the gym if it's like a planet fitness, LA fitness, Rascals, etc. But OTF, I realized it was more of a family endeavor, and the people who come to classes are some of the most friendly and inclusive individuals in my area. I came in as a very novice person to strength training and intense cardiovascular workouts. But the coaches are amazing with motivating one to push themselves, rather than be concerned about what level others are at while pushing one's self to get to the next milestone. The staff from the front of the house, back of the house, and the numerous coaches I've encountered have made me feel like family. It took me a while to find which time slot best suited my life commitments as a father, husband, and self-employed entrepreneur. But once I found the 6:15 AM class, I knew I was in the right place and surrounded by other wonderful hardworking people who only cared about motivating each other and not making anyone feel like an outsider.”

“In response to Lord’s negative one star review - I’d say I’ve never heard or seen the behavior they’ve described and have only felt welcomed, encouraged, and motivated at OT. Mary and staff have been nothing but amazing and accommodating during my time at OT.
I’m only in the area for a limited time due to family obligations and they have gone above and beyond to be accommodating. All the coaches and fellow members have been wonderful.”
